Although I made it so close to closing, there was not one moment where I felt rushed. I already had an idea of what I wanted, but they still brought out three other pairs of shoes to try. They asked me questions, were very attentive to my needs, and offered suggestions. Apparently, I had been getting the wrong sized shoes for years. After their help with proper sizing and fitting, the shoes I purchased are the most comfortable walking/running shoes I have ever owned. Im not a runner and I'm a bit out of shape, but I have been taking walks in the shoes and I can feel myself wanting to run because the shoes are so comfortable. Fast forward a week after my purchase I saw my shoes were on sale and saw on the card that they offered price matching. I called the store and they immediately honored the price match from the phone call as I sat comfortably at home! I am very satisfied with my purchase. Before Houston opened their two Uniqlo locations, we would make it a point to shop there whenever we visited New York, Florida and California, so I'm really glad they finally opened two locations here. Their sales are always worth checking out, and I've found some great deals over the years. The checkout process is also incredibly easy and efficient. I think it's so cool that you just place your items in the bin and have the total calculated automatically without scanning anything. Definitely bring your own bag though! They charge for paper bags, but they do sell cloth reusable bags, too!

The minute you walk in, the customer service is top-notch. Somebody is greeting you at the door and everything is displayed so nicely and by department. We came in to buy a cowboy hat, some boots, and a button down and we got everything we needed and more. Armando, helped us with everything we needed. We got a Larry Mahan hat that was complimentarily fitted and shaped to our liking. They had a huge selection and price range from $50 upwards of $2500 hats, and they were definitely devine. I got some rocking boots that were up to the knee and my sister, got some cowhide boots, and everything was exceptional. The attendants were so nice and worked with us to get everything we wanted and more - going to the back and even reaching out to their second store to see if they had the exact size and look we wanted for the boots. If you're looking for a wide selection of western wear and high-quality outfits, leather boots, and western wear, give these guys a try. Oh, and they also provide military discounts, which was awesome to know.
