They did not appropriately dispense the antibiotic and shorted me half of the doses. When I called them to tell them I ran out when I should not have they dispensed the other half of the doses (after having me confirm that I was giving the correct dose) but charged me the full amount for the second half. They charged me twice for one cycle of antibiotics when they made the mistake. The employee that checked me out stated "it's because we can't confirm that the full amount wasn't given". If I had been given the full amount on the bottle on the right I would not have run out and needed the other half of the bottle on the left.

Then I was told that price doesn't include ANY treatment, not even the basic appointment fee, that is another $50. Fine. I still agreed. Then came the kicker: after all that, they casually tell me they don't have any appointments available. No empathy, no attempt to help, just cold and dismissive. If you're looking for a place that actually cares about animals or even just basic decency I'd recommend going anywhere else. This felt like nothing but price gouging with a side of attitude. Absolutely unacceptable.

Our sweet Sausy developed a bladder infection while there and they were able to get her in and on some medication. She looks like a homeless boy. They failed at clearing her anal glands so they told me to put cream on the area, which means they hurt her! She keeps wanting to poop but can't. They shaved her to short and now she is red and irritated. They told not to let her outside in the sun! When I called to complain, she called mentally ill! She said it was all my fault for not keeping her groomed. That's the most laughable thing to say because I groom my dog every 8 weeks! She has never had a razor burn before! This is ridiculous! I am going to sue her for vet bills!
