We brought our car in and received an estimate we were told that the work would take no more than four days. The work took three weeks and the quote increased by 30%. Most frustrating, is the perpetual changes to delivery date - cost of rental has now exceeded our coverage and getting to and from work with children is challenging. It was a very unprofessional experience. I had been told by several Princeton residents to avoid Coleman. But the estimate was easy and fast- and we thought we had gotten lucky. read more

The front end of our Tesla 3 was hit by a young woman who ran a red light ( texting ). Appearance - wise our car was repaired however I was concerned about whether there was damage to the front steering and suspension. Sure enough, no sooner than we drive out of Coleman's lot and we begin hearing the front suspension groaning. I called Coleman and they responded that it was a problem with the upper control arm and Tesla issued a recall for it. Tesla service is now charging me $1965.00 for the repair saying it was not a recall, it was a "bulletin". I find it very hard to believe this was not caused by the accident. read more

I trusted that Coleman would be a trustworthy and reptile dealership/anybody shop but I quickly found out they are liars, thieves, and down right dirty. My car has been there for over 8 months for body work that has already been authorized through my insurance company. I do not hear from Coleman's unless I reach out to them. They also took over 7 months to provide me with a loaner. I hope anyone in their right mind NEVER takes their vehicle here or buys a car from them. This is down right DISGRACEFUL!!! read more

Geico sent me here as their network body shop. Awful experience here I gave them a month and two attempts to repair rear hatch on my wagon that had been damaged in a rear end incident. They simply could not get it right and returned it in obviously unfinished condition. Hatch was not aligned, latch didn't secure, leaked water, poorly painted, tailpipes not aligned, the list was endless. This was with Geico adjuster on site supervising the 'repair.' Staff unresponsive unwilling to discuss and unable to do the job. Finally pulled my car and took it elsewhere (K&H) where for 4000 (Geico dime not mine) they fixed me up. Moral: go to K&H and drop the gekko (or insist they pay your own shop no matter how much the Geico rep tries to keep you in network) Dropped Geico too after this disaster. read more

I actually give Coleman Autobody 4 1/2 stars. I'd give them 5 stars but they didn't buy me lunch or have snacks. hahaha I found absolutely no fault in their facility, service, or workmanship. The shop is recently renovated, bright and comfortable. For the short time you'll be in the waiting area, you'll be comfortable. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was greeted by a friendly face and courteous service. The appraiser did her job quickly and efficiently and I was provided with a written estimate in a timely manner. My car was delivered back to me at the stated time and I was delighted with the quality of the workmanship and paint. Not only was the body damage restored to factory-like condition, but the detailed the entire car so that when I drove off the lot it was like driving in a brand new car. I highly recommend Coleman Autobody. I do not recommend getting into a collision to test out their service. read more

On 8-1-2016 I took my 2015 Rav 4 into Coleman to repair a small push in dent in my vehicle . Brian said it would only take a few days to repair however every time I spoke to him he said it would take one more day. On 8-8-16 after being in the body shop for 8 days Brian finally calls me and says the car is ready and that he personally inspected it for quality assurance .My wife goes to get the car and finds out that Coleman used an aftermarket bumper that did not fit my car and it was loose fitted and there was a visible gap which means Brian never inspected my car after the service was completed. My wife refused to pick it in that condition. On 8-9-16 I spoke to Manager Bill who agreed to replace it with a factory bumper however every time I tried to address a concern he would talk over me and try to belittle me . Bill kept trying to explain to me how insurance works as he put it. I told I know how insurance works and that I don't need him to explain it to me. Bill had a very bad attitude all together. Finally on 8-10-16 my car was completed after 10 days at the body shop. The repair was just ok nothing special and the car was returned to me unwashed and filthy . Coleman takes no pride in there work or there customers and offered no compensation for all the inconvenience. read more
