Since I've moved back to NW Arkansas, it took the 8 weeks to process my health insurance. During this wait I went without needed supplies. Then my machine died, which if you're an OSA patient, feels like forever. They were able to rent me a machine that day. They sent my machine off to be repaired. It returned repaired. I've put it in my closet as a spare. My interactions recently didn't reflect the service that I once received. They did eventually get my insurance processed. But it was too late. During the wait, I went to another DME supplier. It took them 3 days to process my health insurance and set me up with a new machine and supplies. I would be really upset if I didn't have the time or the resources to change providers. I'm very thankful for that, just concerned that other patients may not have the means to do so.
