This is a very convenient, well-run store. Had problem with package to Germany, as system would not take tariff codes. Needed to take to PO on the island which is not convenient location. I like that UPS Store does paperwork, but could not complete task. Price at PO was $54 less for small package (134 vs.80 is substantial). read more

Store is severely understaffed. The one person there has no sense of urgency. Always a long wait. 8:30 AM opening time on Saturday is ridiculous. although the Wellen Park location is farther away, I never had a wait there. Always friendly and quick. I would not recommend this UPS location unless you have time and patience. read more

I came in for fingerprinting that I needed to be redone from the Friday before. I was treated horribly and told that I need to come back there was no customers there and 3 employees. They lack customer service and I won't be back. I will be telling my company how poorly this location is. When they told me to go in whenever. I came from North Port and it was 530 they told me they close at 600. If they were busy I wouldn't have bothered but no one came in from 530 until 600 as I sat here to find a new place to go. read more

Refused to accept an item that I need to return to Amazon that is supposed to be accepted for package-less drop at any UPS location. They insisted I had to pay for a box to ship the item back even though I have an email from Amazon proving that UPS was supposed to box the item up and send it back for me free of charge. read more

This UPS Store has been open for about a year now give or take. I frequently ship items from this location and find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and have had a time or two where the staff offers a shipping or packing suggestion that has saved me a few $$$ and made sure my package arrived in one piece and on time. read more

I couldn't believe the 2 ladies in the store! They Chania could not be less concerned that I was overcharged for my overnight package that was not delivered on time. When I questioned her said said she started feeling "threatened" I never never made any threats towards her at all. Mean while lyinda was standing in the back ground allowing her coworker to tell me she didn't feel comfortable notarizing something that was done just 2 days earlier. I had to fax some work documents early in the morning and didn't want to drive to the office so I used this UPS store. Melissa opened up promptly at 7:30am, assisted me with converting my 2-sided documents into 1-sided to run them through the fax. The office was neat and well maintained. I came into the store to ship 5 (20+ lb) boxes with my husband and 2 year old daughter. We pulled to the front and left the car running as we needed to unload the boxes and carry our daughter. The older women that works there came outside attempting to "help" while insulting my husband with a smile. I didn't pay much attention as I was focused on packing the boxes to be shipped. When we came into the store to ship the boxes an elder women walked in just to say "if I knew I could park illegally in a fire lane I would have" in which she did not purchase or ship anything just wanted to be rude. The older women that worked at the store then walked her to the door as they whispered how it was not ok to park in this area and she agreed. I would understand the complaint if I walked in with an envelope in our hand, but since I had to unload heavy boxes and watch my daughter I assumed the shop which I spent $160 would have been understanding of my struggle! I ship a ton of product and will never return to this location due to the rude behavior of the women that works here. Next time either communicate that I can't park there and help me unload or let the elderly women that walked in paying $0 to complain about a car that wasn't blocking anyone know they allow guests that have to unload packages that are heavy and bulky to temporary park there instead of making your paying customers feel embarrassed and shamed while you whisper (I could hear you!) about our parking. read more
