For the third time in 6 weeks, I've gone when they are scheduled to be open and they were closed. On a Saturday, four of us customers were standing around 25 minutes after the sign on the door said they were open and NO ONE WAS THERE! There isn't any real designated parking--you basically pull up in front like a "drive-thru," hop out, and run in. One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.
