I've been coming to this car wash for over 10 years mainly because it's close to home, with plenty of parking and nearby shops and food spots. The place has a decent waiting area with a koi pond, vending machine, arcade game, massage chair, some car items for sale, and even a big cage with pretty birds. There's a restroom too, though it's not always open. I usually get the Gold or Platinum wash and recognize many of the long-time staff. But lately, the service just isn't the same. The inside of my car is often not cleaned well, and I almost always have to bring it back for them to re-wipe which gets tiring. It really should be done right the first time. There's one younger guy who does a great job, super detailed, but I rarely get him. The rest of the crew varies, and overall service feels rushed. It doesn't seem like management trains the team properly or steps in to improve things. It's hard to recommend this carwash unless they improve their services. read more

We came on a Saturday for a quick external car wash. The banner is outdated. They charge $15.99 for a mid size SUV. And added extra $1 for using credit card. Our car was cleaner than before we dropped it off. The lady on the counter doesn't say much. They have knick knacks inside as well and if you're waiting, there's some seating area. I went to this car wash today and paid $42.99 for the Diamond package, which includes air cleaner and other extras. On top of that, I was charged an additional $5 for car mat washing. Despite all these charges, they didn't even vacuum the interior of my car. I specifically asked them to clean the driver's side area, but it was completely ignored. This has been my go-to carwash place for the last few years. They're fast and reliable when it comes to vacuuming, washing, and wiping your car clean. The waiting area is nice and relaxing with the sound of small tropical birds chirping over the sound of a water fountain. They're also refreshments you can buy inside while you wait. This store must give a five-star rating. I remember last time my tire was punctured by a nail. I drove the car nearby here for repairs with difficulty, but it was closed on the weekend and could not repair the tire. However, the employees of this car wash gave me emergency treatment and helped me. I was sprayed with emergency glue after the flat tire. They didn't charge me and let me wait until Monday to find someone else to fix the tire. Thank you very much, otherwise the car would have broken down. That day, the temp outside was in the high 90's and there was no air conditioning the store. I saw people dozing off, half sleeping because it was so humid and hot. I had some spill stains on the car due to covid, having to eat in the car on most occasions. Anyhow, I asked the guy, I'm pretty sure he was the owner, when I pulled up I needed the inside wiped down. He told me he could have the workers wipe it down. I think I paid for the Diamond Wash. It wasn't even the cheapest wash, either. $27.99. So, when my car was done, the spill stains were still there. They didn't even touch the interior. And, no air freshener. I just got ripped off. Do not come here! The grossest moment was when the people hand drying the cars wiped their noses with the rags they were using to clean the cars and then proceeded to use the rag to clean down the car. I was sick to my stomach I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism and lack of care at this car wash. AVOID AT ALL cost. It is very unprofessional and gross, they throw any loose receipts in your car directly onto the ground. Leave your car smelling gross from whatever they use to clean the interior. It was just a terrible experience all around I did not feel welcome and immediately regretted giving over my car for it to be washed. They even tried to upsell me to buy the clay bar to clean some water spots on my car because, "it was the only way", the regular wash got rid of the water spots but that was the only positive outcome from that experience. My car also received multiple scratches from their washing machines and when I went to speak to them about it I was given excuse after excuse how it would be "impossible" for my car to be scratched there. Even when I brought up other reviews of cars getting scratched the workers denied that it could even be a possibility.
