I've been coming to this car wash for over 10 years mainly because it's close to home, with plenty of parking and nearby shops and food spots. The place has a decent waiting area with a koi pond, vending machine, arcade game, massage chair, some car items for sale, and even a big cage with pretty birds. There's a restroom too, though it's not always open. I usually get the Gold or Platinum wash and recognize many of the long-time staff. But lately, the service just isn't the same. The inside of my car is often not cleaned well, and I almost always have to bring it back for them to re-wipe which gets tiring. It really should be done right the first time. There's one younger guy who does a great job, super detailed, but I rarely get him. The rest of the crew varies, and overall service feels rushed. It doesn't seem like management trains the team properly or steps in to improve things. It's hard to recommend this carwash unless they improve their services. read more

We came on a Saturday for a quick external car wash. The banner is outdated. They charge $15.99 for a mid size SUV. And added extra $1 for using credit card. Our car was cleaner than before we dropped it off. The lady on the counter doesn't say much. They have knick knacks inside as well and if you're waiting, there's some seating area. This has been my go-to carwash place for the last few years. They're fast and reliable when it comes to vacuuming, washing, and wiping your car clean. The waiting area is nice and relaxing with the sound of small tropical birds chirping over the sound of a water fountain. They're also refreshments you can buy inside while you wait. This store must give a five-star rating. I remember last time my tire was punctured by a nail. I drove the car nearby here for repairs with difficulty, but it was closed on the weekend and could not repair the tire. However, the employees of this car wash gave me emergency treatment and helped me. I was sprayed with emergency glue after the flat tire. They didn't charge me and let me wait until Monday to find someone else to fix the tire. Thank you very much, otherwise the car would have broken down. Tesla minimum price is 64.99, and then they recommend that I wash the 159.99 cause there are a lot of dog hairs on the carpet, I refused, I don't think it is because of dog hairs, I have to spend 95 dollars more to do the car wash. Leaving bad reviews is never a good thing. But really, do the owners really care? I went here to get my rental cleaned because I was returning it the next day. I had some spill stains on the car due to covid, having to eat in the car on most occasions. Anyhow, I asked the guy, I'm pretty sure he was the owner, when I pulled up I needed the inside wiped down. He told me he could have the workers wipe it down. I think I paid for the Diamond Wash. It wasn't even the cheapest wash, either. $27.99. So, when my car was done, the spill stains were still there. They didn't even touch the interior. And, no air freshener. I just got ripped off.
