The wash sucks too because it was not strong enough to wash off the soup and then it goes to the vacuum area
    TomTom M.

1 year later, i wanted to give this place another try. 3 months ago when i came, they did an ok job and price was decent. Hand wax for $60. This time, they lied again. Please dont come to this place. They cover their regular price and just tell you random price to mark up depending on who they see. They told me my car is too low to go through the machine but i came 3 months ago and they never change their machines. They charge me extra for washing MY car and 75 for express hand wax. They charge me 50 for a regular silver wash which is 3 levels down from express hand wax. They lied and thats what happen to them. Lose a business and no tips for their workers. When i came, i saw NO cars, No business there. No wonder why people dont come. I also reported them under consumer affairs.

The hours on way.com and Yelp are both incorrect. Opens at 8:30 am and not 8 am. Also, the phone # on Yelp has been disconnected. After waiting for it to open, I got the basic car wash. It was basic but got the job done. It was the value that I expected for the price point. I will give an updated review next time.

After I asked to re-vacuum! Dry still from their shoes!

The worst car wash! I purchased the membership for unlimited car washes. I canceled first day! Waiting to finish rest of month out bc I could NOT be refunded, and I'll never come here again!! They do a terrible job! Inside never seems vacuumed! My windows always seem smeared like it was towel dried with dirty dusty rags. I thought when paying for car wash inside got a wipe down. No inside wipe downs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Waste of money.

    Doubled prices.

Very sad. Have been coming to this Carwash for years. Monthly membership. Now has new ownership and they fired half the crew. One or two guys to dry cars. Now it's 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get a Carwash. The new owner tells me if I don't like it I can cancel my membership because that's what he wants. Increased price, decreased service. And they always close early. So sad. Such a great place for so long. We're in search of a new Carwash. Unfortunately most are now DIY and we really like this hand wash place. But no longer. The worst.

    This is supposedly clean

Absolute trash! I recently moved back and would always get my car washed here but never again. I was offered the " manager special " which was the basic wash but marked up 50 bucks . It was not a busy day but still waited over an hour . When I got to my car I did mention to the guy the areas he missed but the longer I sat in the car the more I saw nothing was cleaned , not even wiped down . I went to speak with the manager but was told that they wouldn't refund any portion ,not even half of the money back but would clean " what I didn't like" . It's not that I didn't like it , they didn't do they service they offered. If you're really in need of car wash, your better off going to the gas station next door .

Apparently, Fairway Garden car wash is under new ownership. We used to be long time returning customers however, after the new ownership had decided not to honor our pre-purchased gift certificates, we have decided to take our business elsewhere for good. As a recommendation to the new owner, it is in your best interest to honor the gift certificates. You have now lost a loyal customer. I would highly recommend to others to reconsider coming to this car wash.

A pile of dirt after the wash. See it. Clean it. No effort. No stars.
    James D.

Two stars for me. Which is the equivalent of the amount of effort they've put into the wash. But my son asked for a single star since the backseat was not looked after at all. So he wins and Fairway loses. It's simple. See dirt. Clean dirt. The wash was nearly 45min. I thought it was 45 full minutes of TLC off of a Platinum Wash + Wax special. The result was as if it was hosed down on the outside and slightly vacuumed on the inside. When I asked for the interior to be cleaned, the guy mutter in Spanish about my tip. Lol, I wish I can ask for my tip back. They have posters about their being happy to make things right. But maybe my man missed his training day. Best to skip this place. Also look for your tip to be worthless with zero gratitude from the man who is put in charge of taking care of your ride here.

Another bad rim job...and so many stains throughout my ride.
    David V.

Another bad rim job. I shouldn't have to go home and clean my car after going to the car wash. A ton of water stains throughout and so many areas were simply left untouched. I even paid the extra $30 to get her waxed. I think it's time I cancel my Gold membership and take my business elsewhere. I was really hoping it would work out but you're not doing your part. On a side note the cashier is always super friendly.

The older guys that do the wipe down do an excellent job, however the younger guys sometimes do a quick and sloppy job, water spots everywhere.

They told me there were 3 different prices to choose from. I selected $19 one and she took care of everything; pushing buttons and whatnot. It is a self service lot, so the car ports were all full. I saw people bring their own cleaning supplies and utilized the car ports to detail their vehicle. I didnt want to wait for a spot to open so I left. I thought it was painless and easy to understand. The only part that kinda gave me anxiety was at the end. It didnt really tell me when to put my car back in Drive, but I put it in drive as soon as the last machine went passed my visualization and felt a bump. If I were to add a suggestion, give us a sign when to out the car back in Drive.

At the pay area, there was no one manning it so I just got out of my car and started pushing selection. By the time I was paying someone came out to basically release the receipt and hand it to me. No biggie. Drove to the entrance and someone was there as I was having trouble getting to neutral (I don't use it often really, if at all). Seamless experience on the wash. That is until the end, I wasn't sure when to switch to drive so just kept an eye out on the signage & when car was released from the conveyor belt. The vacuum, drying area was a bit of a conundrum - with this being my first visit. There were 2 spaces available. So your luck and timing just pretty much had to be just right to secure a spot. Person to our left was busy scrubbing their matts and looks like they brought 3-4 gallons of water. They were pretty aggressive on scrubbing and splashed some soapy water on our area and driver side. It was very soapy. But the hero of the day, the free clean towels available to wipe the car. Noticed the car wash wasn't great tho, lots of spots still stuck to the car. Considering that I paid $16 so what can I really complain about. We spent about 20 min drying the outside and using our own car wipes for the inside. The free Vacuum worked well. At this point noticed a couple of cars were waiting for an opening and a huge suv drove and parked in front of an already waiting sedan. Wow, the audacity of some people extends to car wash drying was just either laughable or downright low. Overall it was ok experience. One star off because of the wait for drying area (not really me but seeing all the cars waiting for an opening). Another star off because I felt our car wash not fully clean - but debatable if we opted for the $19 wash. Their bonus was the free clean towels to use afterwards. And by the way, when we were pulling out, three more cars were waiting and the neighbor washing his matts was still busy doing whatever. I'm pretty sure he was there at the very least an hour, totally hogging the space. Unfortunately no photos were taken at this visit. Kind of on the fence on coming back, but will probably try one more time, and do the $19 wash.

I didn't notice the instructions until after I had already tried to pay. It kept asking me to enter a code, which I had no idea about at first. After reading the instructions, I realized you're supposed to enter code 12 (I think). In the end, I just inserted my credit card, and the payment still went through. I chose the Deluxe Wash for $10, which included a body shine and tire shine. The wash itself did a decent job cleaning the outside of my car. However, there weren't any vacuum stations, air dryers, or towels available to wipe down the interior or dry off the exterior. My car was still covered in water spots when I left, so I ended up driving around for a few extra blocks, hoping the airflow would help dry it off. It was still a little wet when I parked. Overall, it's a convenient option if you're nearby and just need a quick, inexpensive exterior wash. Don't expect the extras, but it gets the basic job done.

I know this gas station recently remodeled their car wash, so I decided to give it a try, but it isn't that great compared to other gas station car washes I've been to. The car was cleaner but felt that there was still a layer of dirt on it. The blow dryer at the end wasn't effective, there were still a lot of water on the car after I drove through. Vacuums cost $1.50 extra, while some places have free vacuums. I think I paid $8 for the Express Wash.

Car Wash: This gas station does offer a car wash service, but be prepared -- there's almost always a line of cars waiting. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for a quick wash. Gas Pumps: The touch-less card readers at the pump rarely work, which means you'll often end up walking inside just to pay. Not the most convenient setup when you just want to fuel and go. Inside the Store: The inside experience is hit-or-miss. There's usually a line, and the staff take their time helping customers. The most frustrating part? When you finally find something to buy, they sometimes can't scan it into their system. I've had items scanned multiple times only for the register to reject them completely. Imagine waiting in line, finally reaching the counter, and then being told you can't buy the product because of a store error. Overall: While the location is convenient, the constant lines, unreliable card readers, and store system issues make this gas station more of a last-resort stop than a go-to.
