I love rice but it is something easily missed by most. The rice was granular and al dente, whole grains that held the texture so well but was still moist to absorb the sauces and spices. Delicious! The gravy from the squid salad was so savory that I could not let it go to waste, so I drizzled it over the fried rice. And wow! It enhanced the flavor of the basil fried rice even more! The lady who took my order spoke through English, which can sometimes be a problem at some Asian restaurants. No problem here. She was very friendly as well.
