so i have trained for 15 years roughly at two other martial arts schools. i hold a second dan black…read morebelt in taekwondo a 2nd gup in hapkido and a 2nd gup in modern arnis. so I would like to think I know what I'm talking about when it comes to martial arts. when I say this school is great that is probably the greatest understatement I have ever made! i absolutely LOVE warriors way martial arts institute. the head instructor Master Lanzaillotti is absolutely great! he is insanely good as a fighter and an even better teacher! i was surprised coming from my old school how much like a family it is! everyone knows everyone and everyone has a great time and takes care of each other. we train HARD and it is GREAT martial arts, the best system I've ever been apart of and I absouloutly love it! i have yet to meet someone who is not extremely friendly and willing to help you out there at the school if you need help all you have to do is ask and you will have help! from my previous training this never happened! the martial arts is so very very practical as well, there is very limited sport aspect to it. we train hard but also safely! i have not seen any major injuries happen yet! my old school had a dozen or more a year and I haven't seen any yet! I've not heard of any ether! i would highly recommend any and all classes available and encourage everyone to come try this amazing place out! from the 4-7 little warriors class to the regular night time senshido class to the after school or summer programs to the warrior fitness class for those that just want some good cardio training this is the place! man woman or child it doesn't matter you will be welcomed with open arms! and you will love it! if you are looking for somewhere to train or a new place with a new style come check the school out! you wont regret it!

The trainer teaches you each round and will be there for anything you need during your workout. 30 min and you get a great full body workout with muscle work as well as cardio. You get a heart monitor you can wear and shows on the tv to help you see how you are doing along the way. Jess is the owner and she's awesome and super helpful. The other trainers are fantastic as well, good people all around. It's the best workout and nothing like it in town. The trial period was great, and I really wanted to become a member. The only thing that kept me from joining was .... gas. I live around 30 minutes away from the location and as you already know... making excess drives is not feasible right now. I really like that a person can log themselves to a bag using the Wrap app, keeping a log of their progress per session. It also makes it a lot easier to sign up for a class as well. They are in a very quaint location, but there is limited roadside parking, and you can't park on one side of the building due to it belonging to one of the businesses on the strip. You can park in the location closest to the restaurant that has outdoor seating. Very happy with the upkeep of the restrooms. I'm always going to give a heads up about a bathroom if I go to it, lol. Overall, I would say that you easily burn a minimum of 200 calories, and it is great accountability to stay active.

He takes the time to understand your goals and what you want to get out of the workout. I'm not one who can go to the gym and run on the treadmill for half an hour, I get bored easily and jump off after five minutes. But this was totally different. No session was alike and the time always flew by. I would definitely ask to box if you've never tried it before! And working out with a friend is also fun. One session I had a strap around my waist that my friend was pulling (resisting) behind me. We switched off and right when we thought we were done Trent told us we'd be pulling him next! *Screams... The workouts were tough but Trent knows how far to push you. And there's no greater feeling than after a good workout! My mom says I'm a squirrel with my money but this is definitely something I treat myself to and will spend a few bux on.
