Their website is also easily laid out and you can quickly login and see your current bookings and make a new booking within 1/2 minutes- credit card saved. If you plan on being there all day though, be prepared to bring some food/snacks with you or order food to you. There are not many food options in walking distance. Overall, I recommend this location if you need to rent a small (or large) conference room/office space to conduct meetings or Zoom calls. We haven't needed to book a large conference room but the ones that are available look great also. We usually just need a small "day office" and we use a laptop. Prices are reasonable also.

At the event I was at there were a lot of people there but it wasn't that loud, so I can imagine that if you had a room full of people working in that big room it wouldn't be too much of a distraction. We were also offered to join in on a member lunch when they had a surplus of food one day. Also, something we utilized multiple times were the private booths for phone/video calls that only have enough room for one person and your laptop. I quickly hopped on the Regus website, found a location that was extremely close to the airport, booked it, and arrived at the location with 40 minutes to spare. Whew, I'll be in my meeting room, have time for a deep breath, have no concerns about WiFi, grab a coffee, and then I can execute just like I've done at other temp locations in the past. Instead, upon arrival, I was told my reservation was for the following day and the downward spiral began... Me: Oh no, do you have an opening now? Her: Yes (one word answer) Me: Can you adjust the reservation for me? Her: No, you have to do it in the app. Me: (fumbling through the app, now 25 min remaining before Board meeting starts) Do you know how? Her: No I can give you the reservations number to call. Me: (knowing that call would take time, continued fumbling through the app, finally cancel reservation to rebook versus altering the current reservation which I was advised by Ms. Too-Busy at the front desk to execute. Now 20 min remaining) Me: I was able to cancel the reservation, can you book me into a room, here's my card. Her: I can't, you have to do it in the app or I can give you the number for reservations. Me: (back to the app, re-entering info for the location and credit card info, push reserve, your card is expired... Huh? Card expires 03/30. Now 13 min remaining) Mam, could you help, the app is giving me an error msg? Her: No, I can give you the reservations number. Me: (There's now 3 people in the adjacent waiting area watching this play out and are "humored" as I am becoming more panicked) Is there any way to make this process happen quickly? Her: No, I can give you the reservations number. Me: (Down to 8 minutes, full frustration, panic mode sets in, I turn and leave, fly down the elevator, find a spot in the atrium close to a plug, scramble to get WiFi, and make it to the call with my 7 Board members with 2 remaining minutes.) My opening statement, "I hope none of your organizations ever use Regus if you need a meeting space." Two hours later, call finishes. I meander across the atrium to the hotel bar for a calming bourbon to reflect on the chaos and who do I see, one of the people who watched the exchange at the Regus desk. It costs more than competitors like WeWork, but there is an obvious professional focus here that is not so clear at some other coworking spaces. It was quiter (although that could be because it was a Friday). The Wi-Fi worked quick and if you want a full trial I believe you can visit for a week. Right now I'm in the middle of a choosing a cowork space so I wanted to experience this place for a day and see how I liked it. They have free snacks and your usual coffee, I liked that they stuck with something local instead of a generic brand. The cowork space is dog-friendly so if you have a furry friend and want to bring them to work, this could be a solution for you. The bathrooms were clean, there was plenty of quiet "telephone booths" if you do not have an office and the soundproof elemt seemed great. I could not hear anyone having meetings while walking around. They could use more restrooms though. I would recommend it if it fits within your budget. I like it!

We were placed in a glass-enclosed office in the middle of the building's highest-traffic area. It felt more like a retail display case than a functional workspace. Everyone with an office at industrious Channelside had to walk directly past it, making it extremely distracting and unsuitable for focused work. I raised the issue immediately. Dana showed me a smaller, quieter office, but immediately informed me there was a contract on the other office, meaning annual that couldn't be cancelled. I explained that the office she showed me would work perfectly well. I told her I would speak to corporate about it and would obtain approval from my corporate office to move. Despite that approval, I was repeatedly told that the existing "contract" prevented any change and it would be 13k for the new office, a month. What Kristi, Dana, and Kate all failed to disclose was that the agreement was month to month. Each person relied on the existence of a "contract" as the reason nothing could be changed, while withholding the fact that there was no long-term commitment. I learned that only after specifically requesting a copy. Not one person offered meaningful assistance or made a genuine effort to find a reasonable solution. Instead, the focus appeared to be on getting another agreement signed while continuing to collect approximately $12,000 per month from my employer for offices that were entirely unused. Months later, I returned because construction at my condominium made working from home difficult. The original space was still sitting unused, yet the charges continued. No one from this location had reached out to address the situation, suggest a more appropriate office, reduce the unnecessary space, or otherwise work with the me or corporate. I am now looking for office space again, and I would not use this facility even if it were offered to me for free. Transparency is central to my own line of work, and this experience felt evasive, opportunistic, and deeply unethical. I do not do business with organizations that operate this way. While I cannot speak for every location, I would never recommend the Channelside office. This was one of the most troubling business experiences I have had, particularly because management appeared more interested in preserving revenue than helping a client who was clearly paying for space that was not being used. I hope other locations do not operate the same. Would not recommend.
