My son, who's 8 years did pretty good having his cavities done. My daughter on another hand is 5 and not so co operative when work was need it. But she is little and more patience is required. Anyway, due to her age I was told best course to fix some cavities would be sedation. Well that is HELL NO! Since these are baby teeth that will fall out, I am not doing it. If she has issues I will may be look for different dentist that is more willing to work with her and not push sedation. Perhaps as she grows she will be more cooperative and we will give it another shot. UPDATE: After weeks of different procedure I have to say that Dr Izzy has been amazing with my daughter. He understood my concerns about having my kid fully sedated and worked very carefully with us on treatment. He has been exceptionally patient with her and helped her thru her fears. He has always followed thru and kept in touch with us after every procedure. I understand my daughter is not the easiest patient as she is scared and not very good at following his directions but he did try and that is what mattered to me. To be honest, I understand why sedation is recommended now that I have seen how scared my kid was. Anyway, if you need pediatric dentist that cares, dr Izzy is amazing.

High volume business traveler and this won't be the best place for you if your time is limited and depend on a reliable and timely service. This occurs consistently and it might help them to reset their appointment expectations so you book a patient for 10 or 10:15 instead of 9:30 to better manage flow and experience. I've been a patient for a year or more and this happens each time. Your first appointment with them is their best effort so if you see them once a year or so, may be okay.

I waited for a lil while, I was called and got taken to the chair inside, and met Nicole the dental hygienist who took my x-ray and did the cleaning. She was very sweet and nice, made me feel relaxed and safe, and she was very knowledgeable and her work was amazing. I met Jennifer as well. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Jared Young (he is a pediatric dentist), since Dr. Katherine is on the maternity leave... he was also very nice and the lady who was sitting at the computer was awesome.
