The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and even made me laugh, which helped me feel comfortable right away. A huge thank you to Dr. Kaya for being so kind and helpful throughout my visit. Jamie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! I have very sensitive teeth, and this was by far the most comfortable cleaning I've ever had it hurt so much less than at other dentists. Used them for at least two years and all of a sudden, without warning I come in one day and they try to charge without my insurance and tell me that they don't take my insurance anymore. No warning. Main reason I'm writing this review is because I needed a root canal, but instead they gave me a filling. I trusted the doctor and said do whatever you think is best. The only reason she did what she did was for the money because she was looking out for a patient. here I am two years later, having to get a root canal and in a incredible amount of pain. It all could've been avoided if a root canal done in the first place. The dentist I have currently is telling me that she knew it was too close to the nerve and she should've told me to go see a specialist that could do the root canal. Do not recommend! read more

Bright Young Smiles has a beautiful office and their staff is warm and welcoming. And they were great with kids. I was very happy with our first experience but things went downhill after that. It is unfortunate that each time we had an appointment for our biannual insurance-covered cleanings that our "copay" increased each time. I also had to pay out of pocket for some additional crown work when it was not correctly put on the first time. And I never saw the same hygienist twice... these things added up and I ultimately had to find a new dentist for my family. read more

I had 3 appointments throughout December for cavity fillings and they all went great. The desk workers at the front are very kind and even remembered my name after the first appointment. Dr. Carter is so kind and very knowledgeable with her work. Everything went smooth for all the procedures and they always made sure I was comfortable. My wife recently found Bright Young Smiles for our family. I came in for a crown which went well. Unfortunately, I ended up having to come back in for a crown that fell off as well. I was told it's a quick fix which isn't covered by insurance "not true" so is $175 out of pocket. I got to my appointment at 8am and forgot my wallet at home. Bright Young Smiles refused to bill me and see me. I said I could call them when I get home and give them cc info... they still refused. Listen, I understand if this was a costly procedure or they haven't seen me before but that's not the case. They scheduled me for another week for a 5min fix... I begged them for something sooner as I'm missing a crown! They did not care and said the soonest was 6 days from now. I'm sorry but I guess I'm use to my family dentist where I grew up... They trust and care about their patients well being! God for bid this was for my daughter and she couldn't get her tooth fixed because of a simple mistake! read more

my wife and daughter have been using Bright Young Smiles for years, I only started within the last year or so... been a long time, but needed some pretty serious maintenance work; so far have 1 of 2 fillings replaced and have a temporary crown, replacement/permanent to come soon. the dentist and assistants made me comfortable, communicated often, and using much more advanced tools [it's been a while--I admitted...] than I'm accustomed, took care of the tough work. I never was uncomfortable or frightened--and I wasn't looking forward to having this work done... My oldest has been coming here since he was 2 and I just love this place. I brought my second son who is a toddler for the first time and they have flexible hours, my appointment was at 6 pm. Their office is beyond clean and rustic beach decor. The dental hygienist who cleaned my sons mouth was incredible! Jessica was beyond friendly and kept my toddler entertain during the whole exam. I just got my teeth cleaning at Bright Your Smile, just had to give 5 stars. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist knew who I was and welcomed me with friendly warm attitude. I waited for a lil while, I was called and got taken to the chair inside, and met Nicole the dental hygienist who took my x-ray and did the cleaning. She was very sweet and nice, made me feel relaxed and safe, and she was very knowledgeable and her work was amazing. I met Jennifer as well. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Jared Young (he is a pediatric dentist), since Dr. Katherine is on the maternity leave... he was also very nice and the lady who was sitting at the computer was awesome. Everyone was so nice and warm, I need some tooth work to be done and I can't wait to go back, then I will write more reviews. Not to forget, they gave me a goodie bag. read more

Very disappointed. My mother took my five year old for a cavity and was told that she was not allowed to go back with him. My son asked for my mother during treatment and he was told no. I'm forfeiting the annual membership I bought last month and will not be back. I'm mad at myself because I couldn't be there for my son and for ever trusting this place. If a child does not even know which tooth is being worked on an adult should be present with no question asked. They tried to say well it's protocol now bc of Covid. I was there last month with both of my children in the back with them with no question asked for a CLEANING.Yesterday my mom seen other parents go back with there children. Why my child couldn't have someone there with him is so upsetting. read more

Dr. Young and staff are amazing! I take both my kids there 2 & 5 and they love it! Ever time I have had to make an appointment I am able to get in right away and once your there the wait time to see the doctor is minimal 5 mins at best. They have a Lego table, toys, and TV in the waiting room. They have TV's mounted on the ceiling so while work is being done your kids are distracted which in my opinion is golden! I can not say enough good things about the dr. Young and staff they are caring, and truly take the time to explain everything to you. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

My 4 year old tripped and cracked a tooth in half which needed to be pulled. Needless to say, she's a bit of a fraidy-cat so I knew this was going to be tough. The staff was so amazing and did everything they could to make her feel more comfortable. Dr. Young was so patient with her, even when she was in full meltdown mode. He made the process quick and easy and was really gentle with her. The dental assistant was amazing as well and had a nice reassuring smile the whole time. Don't let the name fool you - adults can be patients here too. The dentists are a husband and wife team, Dr Young and Dr Young, hence the clever name. LOVE this practice! The office is clean, spacious, and inviting with a calming color scheme for nervous folks. The front desk staff were courteous and professional, and I only waited 5 minutes. The hygienist was very friendly and thorough, really taking the time to deep-clean when I haven't been to a dentist in a while. Because I had several fillings many years ago, some are cracking and aging, and Dr. Catherine Young mapped out a priority list so I could anticipate what is likely to happen over the next several years.
