My reviews keep getting put in the not recommended section even though they are accurate. Yelp claims they arent filtering reviews but reviews keep getting flagged? Suspicious. I will not be using Yelp again. I used GATA Hub on my phone to try and get a cab because I couldn't contact them through the phone number that was listed on Google. For some reason nobody was answering so on GATA it said a guy was headed my way. I needed a ride back to Pullman in the middle of the night. The app worked great and showed the driver en route to get me and everything was on track and suddenly the application said my ride was cancelled. I tried to call the driver and the company and nobody picked up the phone. After calling the main number about 3 or 4 times a girl picked up the phone that sounded really flustered. I thought maybe something had gone wrong with their system and that it was just an error or maybe things were getting busy (it was Saturday so lots of people were out). She wasn't very helpful and I asked her a couple of times if she could get in touch with the driver who was supposed to pick me up. She said she couldn't call him and didn't know where he was. I told her I would just call another company and she seemed very frustrated and her voice started getting louder. She put me on hold to call the driver and when she came back on the line she said that nobody had been sent to get me and that I wouldn't get a cab for another half an hour at least. I just went ahead with Pegasus taxi. They picked me up in 10 minutes and it was half the cost of the last ride I took with College Cabs. The Cabs from College Cabs are really clean and nice but their service is very spotty and I didn't get the help that I needed to get home. It was overall a very frustrating and confusing experience and I wouldn't recommend them in the future. read more

This weekend we rented the College Cabs black presidential Limo for a Wine Tour and it was AMAZING! The Limo picked 9 of us up from our house, then first stop was Camas Winery in Moscow, which had our favorite wines (but the owner was either shy or grumpy in the mornings. Getting him to talk about wine with we bumpkins was impossible. We even bought lots of wine from him. But this did give us a hot conversation topic on the trip down the grade :), then to Coulter's Creek for tasty appetizers; next on to pick up CoCo, owner of Clearwater River Cellars for a private vineyard tour (which was absolutely the highlight of the tour!!! Just can't brag on her enough!! She was actually excited to see us and talked to us about the grapes and processing of the delicate fruit), then to Basalt Cellars in Clarkston. All in all it was a fantastic day and this would be an absolute hit if you hired them. Thank you to our gracious driver Alan and College Cabs Limo Wine Tours. We are looking forward to doing this again with more of our local winearies. College Cabs .. you are the best! read more

These guys are by far the best cab service on the Palouse! We got a ride in their luxury limo to Coeur D'alene and they provided excellent service for a very affordable price. The driver was very professional and got us there and back to Moscow without a bump. The limo was in great condition and included all the amenities you would expect and then some. I would definitely use their service again, and recommend it to my friends. 5/5. read more

I do not recommend they black listed because I reported how I'm taking it higher bc they took my clients phone that is disabled and I went to the cops they won't do anything about it now it's time to spread the word about them how they take ppls phones and when you post something about it the black list u like really now FBI will get notified! read more

Woulld not recommend. Black listed my friends phone number for no reason.. Asked for room for 6 people, brought a minivan with a passenger in the front and no space for six. Bad driving, and rude when asking for directions to our destination. Made a passenger sit on the floor in between the seats. read more

My car broke down recently and I had the take a taxi . I called Moscow Taxi ...no answer...i called college cabs and requested a ride. The black prius had air conditioning and Jess had business cards from a local auto repair shop! I recommend this service. read more
