When I raised serious concerns that their lack of communication and interference caused us considerable trouble, with the nanny threatening to walk away, I was greeted with condescension and finger pointing, not problem solving or resolution. Despite these failings, we attempted to engage with Windsor again for a new nanny search. We clearly stated what we were looking for, and offered a pay range within their publicly posted scale. The agent applied hard sales tactics to attempt to incite us to increase the rate to well above market, which was significantly higher than their publicly posted pay scale. We politely declined the pressure, and agreed to move forward with our preferred market rate. Instead of sending the contract, as we'd agreed, the agent sent a vague email referencing the agency's preferred, above market rate, and suggested yet another phone call would be required. I agreed, despite the unprofessionalism of this request, and went through the same time wasting process, again. At that point, and only then, did the "CEO" deem us unworthy of their business. You wasted my time and tried to hustle me. Drop the pretense.

I have glowing references, have never had an issue with a family before or since, but Ashley did not help me with finding a new position, nor gave me the opportunity to talk about the situation again. I felt powerless and especially having had uprooted my whole life for this family, did not expect to experience an agency that did not support the nanny on top of that. I also should have gotten 2 weeks pay because due to the lack of proper reasoning for the treatment I received. It has been a year and I have since tried to reach out for potential families, applying, but I either get no response or, just like last week, an almost immediate email saying "The family has gone with another candidate," only to see the post on the website and up on their emails and social media, still very much active and seeking. It's disappointing to write this, as I had hoped the agency would have handled the situation with more integrity, ensuring I was heard, understanding the full picture, and helping me secure another placement. Nannies deserve protection. If a family can no longer afford services, that's understandable, but the way this unfolded left me in an incredibly disempowering position. If anyone is seeking an extremely qualified nanny with 15+ years' experience, newborns to 16-year-olds, private jet, UHNW, and fully staffed home, homeschooling, neurodivergent, behavior therapy and more experience, feel free to reach out! (snacks would be snakes, green would be grean) From the people that are teaching my child. We learned very quickly that this place will try to take every penny, nickle, and dime that you have. They tried to charge us for pool use when it clearly stated the pool was only used on Fridays and he only went on Tuesdays. They used all of our supplies on other children then charged us a $65 supply fee twice in three months. One time, I went to drop my kid off and noticed another child in his class clearly upset from being ill and blowing giant green snot bubbles. Nice. Her mother, a teacher in that class was telling another teacher that the night before she had had a high fever. FANTASTIC. Of course, my son got sick then the rest of us, causing missed work and school. I picked him up one afternoon and when I got him home, I noticed that he had a giant bite mark on his shoulder. It was so bad that it had bled through his shirt. When I asked his teacher, she just said that they had a couple biters in the room and it tends to happen. She THEN mentioned that my son had all of a sudden been hysterically the day he was bit, now we know why. There was no incident report! We put in the one month notice and they continued to bill us for the next 3 months. We called to inquire about our $200 deposit since we had found a new and amazing day care and needed that money. The horrible owner said we wouldn't get it back and we were welcome to hire a lawyer. Hopefully this helps you steer clear of this crap hole.

When my OB broke my water at 11 pm, she immediately came and was with me until I gave birth at 4 am to a beautiful baby boy. Savannah had worked with my body and put me in multiple positions to help me through my contractions. She constantly provided me with empowering words when I thought that I couldn't make it through another contraction. Also, Savannah took it upon herself to take some pictures of my experience when my professional photographer was unable to come. I will be forever grateful to her for doing this. Savannah was beyond amazing and if I end up having any more babies, she will be my first call. Lastly, I must add that my husband was not "sold" on doulas before this.
