Absolutely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment specifically to have several moles checked, filled out all the paperwork online in advance, and still had to redo it in person because their system "wasn't communicating." Annoying, but I rolled with it. Then I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time, only to be told they were running behind and wouldn't have time to actually address the very concerns I made the appointment for. Their solution? Schedule another appointment. So I wasted my time, energy, and resources to show up for an appointment... that apparently didn't have time for me. Completely unprofessional. If you're too booked to do your job, don't accept the appointment. Won't be going back. read more

What a terrible experience! From the moment I walked in I was faced with annoyed, hurried staff. The child doctor who saw me obviously did not understand my skin condition and gave me no confidence that she was an expert in anything much less dermatology. After a rambling lecture of nonsense I asked for a print out of directions for skin care. I was given a blank stare and she simply repeated her rambling statement. At checkout, I was met with "we will be with you in a moment" many, many moments later my card was snatched without eye contact and I was sent on my way. I like this office, you can always count on being greeted by a friendly staff. They're very efficient and expeditious, and you're in and out without much of wait. Colleyville Dermatology is the best care. Their staff is always very kind and efficient. Dr. Blanco treats you with kindness and is very easy to talk to. She knows her business and takes great care of you. They bill your insurance and if something isn't covered, they give you a great price you can afford. It puts your treatment within your reach. I made an appointment for a checkup for a few questionable miles and will say please avoid seeing PA Jessica Rushing. What was most concerning is how she could not distinguish a skinned knuckle from a skin condition. She asked what is that? I replied I had skinned my knuckle two days prior. I cannot comment on the other providers at this clinic but would recommend avoiding Jessica. read more

The services at this provider were fine. However, their billing practices are entirely unethical. They REFUSE to abide by their BCBS PPO discounts, and have been harassing me with periodic phone calls since May of 2018 saying I have a balance due amount (that BCBS has informed me is not billable). I have paid, in full, the amount BCBS explanation of benefits states I should have paid. I have also sent their office my EOB several times asking for them to fix this and they continue to call for this bogus "balance due". And trust me, I'm a health insurance agent ....health insurance is my livelihood. I imagine they are able to intimidate less savvy customers with fear of collections, but I have all the documentation to prove I owe nothing. My next step will be to report them to the AMA. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROVIDER IF YOU VALUE YOUR WALLET! read more

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years. My wife has been in the HR/benefits industry for decades. I made an appointment this past Monday for some issues that I have, my appointment was for Thursday (yesterday). I got home and told my wife and she said "you can't just make an appointment because our insurance has changed." OK, I didn't know! So my wife called them to verify they were in network with our new policy. She gave them ALL of our insurance information and they said "Yes, everything is fine and we are in network." I received a call Tuesday to verify the appointment and I told them "Yes, I'll be there at 3:00pm sharp. So, yesterday I take off work 2 hours early and drove from far North Dallas to the clinic. I walk in and the girl asked for my insurance card. I handed her my card and she says "You're NOT in network but we can see you anyhow." WTF!!!! I said "No, my wife called and went over EVERY detail of our policy and you said we WERE in network. I grabbed my card and left. I called my wife and she said "I'll call them right now, this is BS!" The girl said "Your policy says LocalPlus and that kicks us out of network." She then proceeded to tell my wife that "Wendy" left me a voicemail Wednesday about this. Liars! I LISTEN TO and SAVE ALL VMs that are pertinent to me. They're just pulling a CYA and won't own up. The last procedure I had was a pretty intense cyst removal and they screwed up the insurance on it and it took my wife 3 weeks to get it straightened out to get the money back that they overcharged. Sreedevi and Jessica are fine doctors and both have worked on me and know what they're doing. If I were one of the principals of the clinic, such as Sreedevi, the incompetent drones up front that run insurance and billing would all be FIRED. I'll be finding another dermo clinic to service my needs and will NEVER set foot inside this place again. read more

Ive seen Dr Kodali for over a year and am very disappointed. I had a small spot on the bottom of my tongue she has been "watching". I went in a couple months ago to say I was concerned and could we do something about it. She is too busy but sends her assistant who says its just an ulcer and gives me a sample tube of medicine to apply. I said i didnt think it was an ulcer or it would have already been cleared up after a year. I was told to come back in a month if it was not clear. In the meantime- i changed jobs. I called the office to get a cost of a visit as i was going to pay with Care credit until my new insurance kicked in. I was put on hold and she comes back and says she doesnt do this type of service and referred me to her Perio. Couldnt I have done that a year ago? read more

We have seen Dr. Kodali and Jessica. We have been very happy with both. We have visited other dermatologists in the area and this group is leaps and bounds above the rest. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Physicians are wonderful, knowledgable, supportive, and they take their time explaining all options to you, nor are they looking to promote cosmetic procedures. Yes, I use Dr. Kodali at Colleyville Dermatology and could not be happier. She caught a basal cell on my face and then a squamous cell on my leg. She is caring, very easy to understand or ask questions of, timing is good and I feel very confident in her management of my skin problems. I would highly recommend and do. My boss went to her for a cyst and I will always recommend her for dermatology to anyone who asks me. She is excellent and I feel very confident in her diagnosis and treatment of skin issues. I started going to Colleyville Dermatology and seeing Dr. Kodali a couple of years ago. My previous dermatologist was close to retirement, and I felt he was rushing me through appointments and not being thorough. With a family history of skin cancer (melanoma), I was not comfortable that he was assessing my skin correctly. My general practitioner recommended Dr. Kodali, and she has been awesome. She's helped me treat acne issues as well as doing a thorough, all over assessment of my skin each time I go in. She has so far removed three spots on my skin and each one looks great as it heals. I'm a big fan of Dr. Kodali and have recommended her to family members. She recently caught and removed a melanoma from my dad's skin. Thankful for her and her commitment to being thorough! This is by far the worst staff I've ever encountered at a drs office. They will keep you on hold for extended periods of time never to return. They're almost always rude or have some type of tone or attitude. I'm blown away they think it acceptable to provide the type of service they do to people paying for their service. I've called twice in an attempt to pay a bill. The first time they were incredibly rude and told me I didn't owe money... even though they sent me a bill that clearly states I owe them money. More than a month later I get another bill from them. I attempt again to call to pay, because that's the only way you can pay, and I'm left on endless hold. I call back and the girl attempts to put me on hold again. When I explained that I was already on hold for an extended time she gets an attitude about how busy they are. I just want to pay my bill and never ever return to this place and you shouldn't either. read more

My history was just some sun damage, which Dr.Kodali treated with prescription applications. Then, during a routine checkup she spotted a melanoma which had developed and was successfully surgically removed. She and her staff are very efficient and friendly. I feel very confident about the care she gives. My wife is now a patient also. read more

Not great on followup. Doctor called Friday afternoon after their office was closed so not helpful at all. Called Monday and whoever answered the phone was unsure about everything they told me; said they'd call prescription in but 4 days later nothing from pharmacy. I understand lunch breaks but is it really necessary EVERYONE go to lunch at the same time and 1 person can't answer the phone and take an early or late break? Have to reschedule appointment as prescription that should have started 9 days ago still isn't and 30-day follow-up date will be 3 weeks!? read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Kodali for over 5 years and I highly recommend her. She is very thorough and I never feel rushed during an appointment. She is a great proponent of preventative measures against skin cancers. she diagnosed two different skin cancers that required removal by a Mohs procedure. The specialist did the procedure told me that she is one of the best dermatologists in our area and that he highly recommends her and would use her for his family. I went to this place a couple months ago because I had a really bad cyst on my shoulder. I was given some medicine to take and told to come back in August. I saw Dr. Blanco that day. She took more pictures of my cyst and gave me more medicine to last a month. She also gave me a card to a Derma Surgeon and said that she would send them the photos of my cyst so we could set up a date for my surgery. I never heard from either place so I called the surgeon's office first. I was told that they never received the photos. They could not set up the surgery until they received the photos. I called this place and was put through to the nurse who said that she looked through the notes and didn't see anything about sending the photos. She said that she would do it. A few days later I called the surgeons office again to see if they did receive the photos and told that they hadn't received them. I called this again to find out what was going on. I was told again that the photos would be sent. To this day I still have not heard from anyone about setting up an appointment for surgery. Now I am starting to think that all they care about is getting your money instead of making things better. I will never go back this place. I do recommend for anyone to see them because they will just give you the runaround. read more
