Andy is absolutely PHENOMENAL! She is extremely intelligent, caring, and wonderful with my girls! She made my 7 year old daughter feel so comfortable and explained everything so she actually could understand what her diagnose was as well as the treatment plan. I have seen Dr. Greer for my youngest daughter and she always goes above and beyond! Clearly Andy has learned from the best and it shows! From the front desk to the MAs to the doctor and the PA...this office is caring and runs a tight ship! I am incredibly grateful to have Andy and Dr. Greer taking care of our family! I would highly recommend Andy and the entire Greer team! Thank you for all you have done for my family, Natali Thornburg

I do not recommend Dr. Greer for seborrheic keratosis screening or removal. I called the office Friday morning to let them know that I was seeing green puss and redness. The nurse told me to wash it with soap and water and they may need to see a picture of it if it didn't improve. By Friday afternoon, it was red, swollen, and warm. I called the office thinking that I could send a picture & leave a number for the doctor or nurse on call. The answering machine gave an option to do that HOWEVER, then it says the nurse will call back when the office opens. I went ahead and left a dire message thinking maybe it would be listened to (they did leave me a message MONDAY MORNING). I had to go to an Urgent Care Friday evening to get an antibiotic- the urgent care doctor said it could have been REALLY bad since the infection site was on a sensitive area of the face. I gave a 2star (and not 1star) because the office, office staff and the experience in the office was exceptional, however, the aftercare is of most importance with medical issues.

My advice is stay away…read more Long story short................. Was referred to Dr. Perez for a suspected Actinic keratosis right in the middle of my nose. Guess what? He missed it. Wasn't until I got home, did I realize he did not treat it. So, I ended up setting another appointment with another dermatologist as the spot was biopsied to be Basil Cell Cancer. Remember, this is why I was referred to his office! How in the world could he miss it??? It gets even better............ He missed another spot on my forearm that was also biopsied, and it turned out to be Squamous Cell Cancer. Ended up seeing a third Dermatologist who performed MOHL's Surgery to remove the growth he completely missed. Believe it or not, if that isn't enough to stay away...... He was not in my network so instead of paying my normal deductible, he charged me full price as my insurance does not cover out of network physicians. My opinion is low class for not telling me my insurance was not valid at that office, also if the cancer had not been caught and spread? Not cool! Any good attorneys out there? Honestly in disbelief and do not say you were not warned. Denny
