Mistakes happen and I would of been excepting of it if it wasn't for the blatant lies and denial of said mistake. They said it was existing like I don't drive my vehicle daily and would obviously notice the headliner in my view and when it was supposedly passed up to management or a supervisor have not received a return call in a week and a half. I went with the lowest price and it cost me the most besides the windshield I have to have headliner replaced and a day off to go to court for reimbursement which is more about the principal, lies and practice of the company then the money itself but don't like being lied to or insinuated that I'm lying about damage they could of easily took responsibility for and moved forward, accidents happen but at the end of the day you also have to take responsibility

Not satisfied with waiting 4 weeks to have my kids sleep in their room, I continued my search. One company told me that they would not do a job that was less than 4 windows and other companies referred me back to the company with a 4 week wait. Luckily, I found Southwest Glass & Mirror and was impressed by the service right of the bat. They quoted me almost 50% lower than the medical glass clowns and had it fixed in less than a week. It was perfect timing because it was the first day that we returned home after the storm and my kids were able to sleep in their room. It was a much needed win when I can't get anyone to take care of our other storm damage and stress was high. Mason and Claudia fixed the window quickly and did a fantastic job! They even took extra steps to ensure safety when they realized it was a kid's room.
