Have used them for multiple trips to and from airport. Have always showed up on time for pick ups. They can be hard to reach to schedule sometimes and always have something going on in the background-- can't seem to hear what we are asking all of the time. read more

WARNING! Made a reservation days in advance, for pick up from airport at 1030pm. On the night before and day of my scheduled pick up, I tried numerous times to reach the taxi company to confirm my reservation. No one answered the phone and you can't leave a message. Got dumped in the middle of the night by my boyfriend while over 2000 miles away from home (TX). Called this company, and they got Adam out to me quickly to get me to the airport over in Spokane. He was professional, nice, and funny, and I actually had a smile on my face when I got to the airport. Thank you also to the poor dispatch who did a great job of translating my sniffling hot mess and directing the cab to me when I literally only knew the name of the B&B I had been locked out of. First off the van was late. I was being picked up at GEG. When he popped the trunk I thought it was for me to put my bag in but he was throwing and empty soda cup in there. Then when I got in I was told I didn't have to wear a mask. I said thank you but no thank you. The driver proceeded to not wear his mask the whole time. I get that I'm on way to CDA but for most of the drive we are in WA! Mask up! After sitting in his van I started to look around and I'm going to assume this van has not be sanitized ever. Surely, not even wiped down in the last 6 months. Also, smells of cigarettes trying to be covered up by some weird floral. See picture below of his cigs next to his mask. In all fairness, I could have been a more prepared customer. I sold my car at a friends shop and was counting on a ride from a friend. I quickly realized that I needed a cab and called without even considering what address I was at and the one where I was going... Nevertheless, I'm familiar with the area I'm in, CDA is pretty small and the whole reason I called a cab was to talk to real people. They could have easily used their brains and we could have figured out the details or at the very least been polite and asked me to call them back. Instead I got a rude comment from some A-hole in the background and a very unhelpful grumpy lady. So I politely ended the call, got the necessary info and called them back just as I said I would. I got an answering machine and no returned call. In conclusion, the ride never even happened... I will never use this crap service or recommend it to anyone. How hard is it to simply be polite when the only job your being hired for is giving someone a ride??? read more

First off, the person who answered the phone and took my reservation was very friendly. But downhill from there on out. I asked for an airport transfer and my driver arrived late. There was no communication from the company to let me know about the updated ETA but fortunately, I left myself more than enough time to make my flight. The driver eventually arrived in a maroon colored minivan and did not in anyway offer to help me with my bags - no problem. I jumped in the car and it smelled so badly of weed; I was almost gagging. For non smokers, weed smells as bad as cigarette smoke so note to driver: probably not a good idea to hotbox in a car you use to ferry passengers. Very unprofessional. She was also vaping as she drove. My driver got lost and tried to drop me off at a hotel near the airport as she tried to assure me we were at the airport. I told her we were NOT at the airport and I was not going to disembark until we were literally outside the terminal building. With my help (using my phone), we were able to make it to the terminal building and because she didn't really know what she was doing, she got pulled over by the GEG traffic police for an illegal lane change. I was pretty insensed at this point. She got off with a warning and got me to the terminal building. The person I booked my reservation with had told me the transfer would be $50 ($5 discount because of an agreement they have with the hotel I was staying at) but the driver insisted the correct fare was $65. I was pretty pissed but not in the mood for an argument so I paid her the $65. In summary - extremely unprofessional driver and I'd never use these guys again, nor recommend them. Next time I'll just Uber and the pay approx. $45-$60 because I certainly didn't save any money using these guys. read more

They must really be popular. No time calls- but maybe they do if you have a flight. Whatever estimate they give you double it, all the occasions I've dialed Scott's there's been DELAYS or I've had to desperately phone another company but usually by then as they say, "its too late". We used Scott's both going to and returning from the Spokane airport. The price was reasonable, we were picked up on time in clean vehicles, and driven safely. I'm not sure what more you could ask. We should also add that both trips were in horrible snow conditions. read more

I setup a taxi ride to the airport by calling in to the office the night before at 6 PM, requesting a 4 AM pickup the following morning. Not only did I get a no call-no show for my planning, but when I called in to their office the lady who answered told me I was not on the calendar. And not even a hint of an apology! I scheduled a pickup at Spokane airport confirmed the pickup 3 hours before, they did not show up at my 12:00 pickup. I waited about 20 minutes called them back they said their car was in coeur d alene and would be there in 30 minutes we waited still not there yet. They called me and said they were in spokane on their way and would be there shortly still not there. They texted me said they would be there is 2 minutes 15 minutes later they showed up 1 1/2 hours late. STOLEN CAR! One of Scott's drivers, Will, was responsible for dropping off my friend's car. Within 4 hours of him driving the vehicle to her home, it went missing from our very safe neighborhood, where there have been 0 cars reported stolen up until this point. Once again, we tried out "Scott's Taxi" and once again, a horrible experience. Of course the driver was smoking again. The van only had one headlight and when I tried to be courteous and tell the driver about the headlight, his reply was that it doesn't matter because the cops have more important things to worry about. As he was speeding up fourth street at 50 miles per hour! Come on, this is very dangerous. And yes, I did not want to tip the driver due to the smoking, attitude and blatant disregard for safety. As such, the driver proceeded to tell my wife and I to flag down CDA taxi next time since we are so cheap. Wow. No problem. We will never use Scott's taxi again. read more

Called this company to get family to the airport and was told they could do this trip. After taking my money, they called 10 minutes later saying they couldn't make it. But, a full refund would be given within three weeks. Family missed their flight and had to stay at a hotel. It is now 5 weeks later and still no refund. Have called many times and got the run a round or no call backs. The business practice of this company is as shoddy as their cabs. Will be pursuing other means besides trying to work with them, because they are not interested! If you are smart find another means of transportation, there are plenty in the CdA area. read more
