Majorly disappointed with the quality and communication. I was inconvenienced several times with him not listening to what I needed fixed, despite saying it many times. Paint did not hold up well. Chipping off. Messy white overspray on the black grill of my car. Parts that he replaced began to fall off, screws and bracelets missing. He never remounted my license plate after replacing the front end. I had to go buy a drill and drill into the front end myself, after getting a ticket for not having it on. Glen reached out to me to, I'm assuming to fix the problems and get a better review, but he inconvenienced me yet again by trying to reschedule last minute. I had already taken work off to accommodate him coming to fix his job. When you're a freelance worker like this, you better do everything you can to make your paying customers happy because your reviews and recommendations are all you have to gain business. Glen did a great job on the car. The bumper was hit on the side by someone in a parking lot without leaving a note. I got a quote from Glen by sending him pictures and he came to my house to do the work. If I had taken it to a body shop, they would have replace it with a new bumper since the side was actually broken away from the car, but Glen was able to use some welding to fix it for me without the need of a new bumper. The repair was very good and can't really tell there had be any damage. I was totally satisfied with the fix, but Glen went above and beyond to order and get some more material to come back the next day to fix the bumper to look even better, all without charging me any extra.
