I JUST received my check for the reimbursement from AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek after over four months since the incident, and I remembered I forgot to leave you a review. Joe is an artist. My 2025 Integra came back from its first dealership service appointment with a dent in the left roof rail and damage on the rear that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Their solution? Repaint/bondo job nearly the entire roof and every side panel on a car with 1,300 miles. Damage the car, then propose butchering the factory finish to cover for it. Joe walked me through the actual options before I committed a dollar. He explained how the panel would have to be worked, what paintless dent repair could realistically achieve there, and the risks that came with each approach -- in plain terms, not sales talk. He was completely transparent about his methods and about what he could and couldn't do, and he never oversold a single thing.
