I called Precision Dents to fix the dents on my vehicle. All conversations were through text which is okay. We set up an appointment and had to change once, due to conflict on both sides. I was really looking forward to fixing my car and because of the 5 star reviews on yelp, I was okay with the quote they provided over text. Our appointment was today at 4pm and as I write this review it is 4:40pm. Text messages not answered and when I call there's no answer. Disappointed that a yelp review with 5 stars would not even cancel or answer the phone or respond to text messages. read more

Spent approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes working on Porsche aluminum quarter panel but it came out with tiny dimples or multiple high points - presumably from the tool used to push it back out. Wouldn't recommend. I had set up a day (today) to be in contact with the tech (I would assume who owns this business) and after calling him and leaving a voicemail, no response. I waited a while and then texted the # (as the add also indicates to message) with a picture and again mentioning that I was following up regarding the last time we spoke to set up an appointment and consultation to ensure he would be able to remove the dent in question. I had an eyesore of a dent on my driver's side door that I have been wanting to fix for a while now. I wasn't looking for an absolutely perfect repair, I just wanted the dent to not be as noticeable. I found Brian/Precision Dents online and I decided to give him a call. The process was incredibly simple. All I did was text Brian some pictures of the dent I wanted repaired, he immediately responded with the cost of the repair (which was incredibly affordable/reasonable), and an hour later, Brian was at my house repairing the dent. After about 15-20 minutes of working on it, Brian had repaired the dent to the point where I can't even tell the dent used to be there.
