Jorge is friendly & personable. I had to call to make sure of their location as it's in a narrow alley area, but he met me at the front to greet me. We checked out the car to confirm what I needed done, he got my agreement, & took the car closer to his shop. He gave me an estimate to have the car done by either end of same day or by the following morning. He ended up staying a little later to get my cameras installed! I came on by, he made adjustments so we were both in agreement of where I wanted to cameras, & he took his time to set everything perfectly. The whole experience was smooth & easy. I will definitely be going back to get services done on my vehicle & will be recommending his shop to my family & friends.

I was given a quote of around $3300 to fix dent and restore that paint where a jerk backed into my Jeep. This guy flipped the job to Maaco unbeknownst to me. If I had any idea he was going to pull this scam I never would have set foot in this terrible place. By the time I discovered my vehicle was at Maaco it was completely stripped. Maaco is known for budget work that doesn't last. I would never use them for my own vehicles. Then Maaco changed the color to brown/black. My Jeep was a metallic bronze. I hate black and would never want a vehicle that color. Now my Jeep looks like it came out of the dump. Completely destroyed and an embarrassment to drive. I have a strong attachment to this Jeep and thanks yo bait and switch I look like the Beverly Hillbillies. Never trust this company. I am going to get a lawyer. Ruined my car. Also scammed me on new headlights and rear bumper when I told him no repeatedly again and again and again. He belongs in prison.

I'd heard that dings could be pretty easily fixed if just dents in the middle of panels, but if there's creases or on ridge lines like in our case, it's difficult to do if it can even be done. Tim under promised and over delivered. He said he wasn't sure he could perfectly straighten them out because of the creases and ridges, but he did. Totally conquered the challenge, and we were very happy in the end. I didn't think it was possible to straighten a couple of them out as much as he did... but he really nailed it and we were very happy with the results. Well done.

I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

I recently bought my 2011 Evo X with a pretty deep dent on the rear passenger door. And recently something came off the freeway and hit my hood creating another dent. I decided to get both dents fixed at the same time but was worried because the denta were in tough places to fix and the back door had an knarley dent that was extremely visible along with 2 other small ones. I did some reasearch on quality PDR guys ( paintless dent repair ) and came across Brian in a few reputable car forums and everybody complimented his work. I decided to give him a call after lots of reasearch and he returned my call. He came out to my house and checked out the work to be done. I was a little hesitant at first cause i wanted to make sure i was using the right person for the job. Im glad i went with my gut and agreed to have him do the work. Not only was I surprised, i was blown away! It looked like the dents were never there. His prices were very reasonable especially with his quality of work. Brian is polite, responsive, and professional. I called him during the weekend to get a dent removed. Ended up having to leave a message but within a few minutes he called me back asking more details and photos of the dent so he could give me an estimate. We set a date when he would show while I was at work and he kept to it. When he showed up, he was friendly and polite. He let me know the process of how he was going to approach removing the dent, which involved drilling a hole on the inside of the door (where you can't see when it's closed) and it will be plugged up and he asked me if I was ok with that, which I was, I already knew drilling would be involved. He got the job done within 30min, very fast and I was shocked when he texted me saying he as done. Not only was my dent removed, he also removed the scuff marks on my door too. It's as if it never happened! His estimate was also accurate and i paid him what I was expecting to pay. Very happy with his services, would recommend and would request his services again. read more

I have a 2016 Dodge Challenger. It is black, so you can see everything. I went shopping on Sunday, I always park in the last spot, where no cars are, I walk so that I don't have to worry about door dings. I came out to find a shopping cart had hit may car. It left a nice dent, right in the crease of the bodyline and then from that crease went about 2.5 inches down. Brian, was referred to me by a friend. My friend gave Brian my contact information, and he was at my office within a couple of hours to look at my car. He was very friendly and great to deal with. He worked on the car for a while and I was starting to think that maybe the dent was too bad and he could not get it out. When I saw the final result, you would never have known that there was a dent there to begin with. I am so amazed at what Brian was able to do. I call this business twice no answer but the pre recorded voice mail says to text photos of the dents for a quicker response.. I go ahead and send him a photo of two dents less than a third of an inch big that any experience shop could handle.. I immediately get a text saying "I don't fix bumpers" Which I reply "its actually a rear quarter pannel.." Which the person then proceeds to say they can't do it and I need a body shop Mind you this is two small dents less than a third of an inch big which they feel like they can't handle.. What a joke. See attached photos to see how short, rude and to the point this guy is.. I suppose he doesn't know how to treat customers with quality service and obviously doesn't know what he's doing in the dent removal industry.. I called Precision Dents for a small dent. He took about 5 minutes and charged $100, which is fair enough but the dent was not removed completely. Brian said the dent was not 100% accessible from behind. If you are a perfectionist, Precision Dents is not the company to call. Thirty days later I get a dent on my hood and called another PDR company. The new company came out for $85 dollars and removed the hood dent (completely) and removed the previous small dent that Precision Dents left. He noticed the small dent and removed it for no charge! When I told him I already paid to have the dent removed from another company, he replied they didn't take the time to remove it properly. read more

Brian fixed a nasty and complex 2" diameter depression on my Porsche 911 turbo. It was right in the middle of the rear fender and VERY noticeable. He massaged the underside of the fender and did a fine job eliminating the dent along with 2 "prick" marks in the metal. It was not just a "pop" out the metal job...he showed great skill working the metal and I am very happy with the result. Price was VERY reasonable. Hope you enjoyed the American Brown Ale! For starters, I found Precision Dents on Yelp. I called Brian for a quote on fixing a shopping cart ding on my e90 rear left door. He came in a short notice, gave me more than a reasonable quote and fixed my ding on the spot. He did the work very fast and the result was flawless - there isn't a single trace that I had damage on my door. While I was driving down the highway, I heard a loud *BOOM* on the driver side of my car. I got out, and noticed two small dents as well as a decent amount of scratching on the side of the car. One ding had a crease and a couple of others were on ridge lines. I'd heard that dings could be pretty easily fixed if just dents in the middle of panels, but if there's creases or on ridge lines like in our case, it's difficult to do if it can even be done. Tim under promised and over delivered. He said he wasn't sure he could perfectly straighten them out because of the creases and ridges, but he did. Totally conquered the challenge, and we were very happy in the end. I didn't think it was possible to straighten a couple of them out as much as he did... but he really nailed it and we were very happy with the results. Well done.

When I called to pick it up I was only then told they could not do the work. The boss wouldn't even talk to me he just had an employee hand me the keys. This is a body shop. They can't do mechanical work and should not respond to requests for those jobs. Very disappointing experience.
