Insurance company sent me there. original estimate was 3 days. then they called me and said 7 days because they found more dammage behind the bumper. understandable and not their fault. but it has now been close to 2 weeks and every time i call them up they give me the same story of how they have all the parts and its in assembly they just hafta put them back on. The car has been in their assembly for a week now with them doing nothing. Update. Finally got the car back the bumper looked good. However my air conditioning didn't function and i had a big screw in my tire, presumably from when they took the bumper off. Went back almost immediately. They got me a rental car and fixed it within the day. Upped their stars because if they get something wrong they seem to take care of it but not being able to keep with estimates of time i can't recomend the place. read more

My experience with CollisionMax was nothing short of spectacular. First off, their estimate was $1000 less than the estimate from my local dealership's collision shop. They kept in touch constantly, by text, email, and phone. The people in the office were great, helpful, and professional. The same for the enterprise representative. What put the experience over the top was that they did a pretty comprehensive (but not full) detail of the car. I got in my car when it was ready and said "are you serious" out loud. Collision Max Marlton went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out. I was rear-ended and the shop that did the work initially left me with a lot of concerns. Collision max looked my vehicle over and found further repairs (took care of the supplement, rental, and went through all of the repairs the first shop did). They found that the first shop had repaired, and repaired BADLY parts that they were originally paid to replace. This started a battle between me, the insurance of the person who hit me, and the first shop. Collision max took SO much time in going through those repairs, and meeting with the adjuster, for work that they will never be paid to do. The work that they were approved to do was done quickly, and done well. Being a woman, they made me feel like they were looking out for me. They pointed out everything that was deficient in the initial repairs, their concerns, and advice. read more

Collision Max could never fix my car properly. I took it in to the shop on four separate occasions and it still rattles when driven. I had to take it to a different body shop to fix what they could not. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! read more

I will not retract the review I have written earlier. On the 15th of May my vehicle was released from captivity. I would have received it one day earlier by it had to be washed "detailed" as they put it. It was washed and vacuumed not "detailed", interior windows were not even cleaned. For this $10.00 car wash my insurance company and myself were charged and extra day rental fee. The Vice President Mr Paul I'll call him did call me since he was concerned about the service I have received. He reviewed my file to see if there were any discrepancies related to this service. He didn't call to make up "excuses" but he did mention that the used parts received for the repairs were defective therefore they had to reorder the parts. To expedite the repairs they ordered new parts and did not charge the insurance company for them. So if you think this is any consolation that warrants the delay of repairs take your vehicle there. I will not. The repairs were excellent and only time will tell. They do have a lifetime guarantee as long as you own that vehicle. Mr Paul did ask me if there was anything he could do to rectify this service. I declined his request as they did mine, to take my car to the car wash. Maybe my inexcusable experience will have them restructure their customer service policies and you can get your vehicle back in a reasonable time. read more

Myself, friends, and family members have been going to this shop for years. After my most recent experience, I'm not sure I will ever return. Not only did my vehicle take several weeks to be repaired, when I picked it up there were tape marks left all over the glass, the rear bumper was crooked on its bracket, and there was a dent and a paint chip in my door. All of the above was fixed, but it left a sour taste in my mouth from what I was used to from this shop. read more

Unbelievably rude and offensive (and I am really not sensitive). I have used Collisionmax before their sale to ABRA and they were fine. They have made a 180 degree turn, apparently, since then. They act as if they have too many customers to care about a loss of a few. I called ABRA headquarters to explain what happened and they were sympathetic and said they would follow up, but did not take my name or address. I would seriously caution anyone who brings their car there that if anything is not to your satisfaction you will not receive the response you would expect. Took my Nissan Pathfinder to them for insurance work and and wanted to get an additional dent fixed not related to the insurance work. They quoted me over $500 for the additional dent repair. I told them that I would keep the small dent for that price. They told me they would discount it charge me $1500 total for insurance work and dent repair. They charged me full price and I had to pay them over $1800. They do not stick to their word, I would not recommend them. read more
