Not recommended. My car was not ready when they said it would be (date pushed back 3x) and they never communicated the status with me. I only would find out when I called them. When I picked up my car, everything that was in my trunk was left in the back seat AND the back seat was not reattached. I could lift the entire back seat up. I was told they detailed the car, yet there was still adhesive stuck on the door. I received a call that a part for my car came in and when I stopped in that afternoon, I was told they could not locate the part. Finally, my car repairs are done and I will not be returning to CollisionMax Warminster. Unprofessional and poor quality. The only good thing they have going is that their receptionist, Trish, is nice. read more

I don't normally do reviews however I believe this is needed. Took my Honda CRV here after an accident. December 2017 . The car was to be done in 2 weeks but took over a month. The communication between service department was horrible. There was excuse after excuse on what was going on (front axel )! I have to say I am so dissatisfied with the work that was done. Just had new breaks put in 6 months prior to taking my car there and breaks are now to the floor. Some how the the windshield washer front and back not working so I need to carry a bottle of windex and pull over to clean windshield and the car drives badly. Also got car back with box of greasy parts in the trunk and dirty grease throw out the front seat. Such a bad job I won't even take it back there. Taking it to my regular mechanic to have everything fixed. More money, more cost. What a disappointment. read more

Horrible place!!! Someone hit my moms car and she went there for it to be fixed and they took a 500 dollar deductible from her account which should not have happened. She has tried multiple times to find out why she hasn't gotten it back and the customer service sucks! They keep telling her it was processed and all these other excuses and still she hasn't received it a month later. Nobody could get her an answer.. do not go here! read more

I have now been to CollisionMax four times with four different cars. No, I am not accident prone! My wife's beautiful, brand-new Mazda CX-9 was damaged by stone fragments by a reckless truck driver. She was sick about this. She loves her new Mazda. So, I took her car to CollisionMax with the full confidence that they would repair the stone chips in a minimally invasive manner. I met with Dale, my service advisor, who was empathic, knowledgeable and quick to understand my concerns about matching the black metallic paint on the Mazda. Dave completed the repair precisely in the time frame he committed to. The paint match is outstanding. Dale was a total pleasure to deal with. If anyone reading this review has need of a top notch repair center that does a great job at very reasonable prices; go see Dale at CollisionMax. By-The-Way, I live in Doylestown and have dealt with two other collision repair centers very close to my home. Fred Beans Collision Center was horrible to deal with. I travel about 40 minutes to CollisionMax because I know that they will complete the work on-time and I will be completely satisfied with the quality of their craftsmanship. Terrible communication with clients. They didn't call but their service rep kept calling to see if they were checking in with me. The customer service at the front desk were rude and clueless. Whispering to each other the whole time I was in the waiting area. I picked up my car and my antenna was in the front seat along with trash they used to keep their dirty feet off my car and tape wrappers. I drove a block away and my rear windshield wiper fell off, and unfortunately I had to walk back in their establishment to have that fixed. That was the last time. read more

A few years,ago I took my car to Collison Max after an accident. I was told it would take a week to fix. I called the morning after it was supposed to be ready and was told they found additional damage and were waiting for the adjuster to take another look and approve the additional work. They did not call to tell me this. I had to call them. It took an additional week. Yes, they did a nice job fixing it but I'll never take my car there again. read more

This place is a scam. Avoid at any cost. I went there through my insurance company when I was involved in an accident and they fixed my car within 3 days which would normally take a much longer time. I was told there is a lifetime warranty on the repairs and that I can come anytime if I had any issues. I was very satisfied at that time. A few months later, I had an issue with one of the parts they had repaired, so I went there and explained the situation. The person assisting me told me that they were busy and all tied up for 4 weeks! When I asked if they could at least check the issue, they started asking me questions leading to the fact that something else could have caused this issue instead of at least checking it first. All the promises they make are false and a total scam. They repairs are very poor quality as well. Please avoid them. read more

I had my car repaired at Collision Max and they did a fantastic job. They also set up all the arrangements with enterprise for a rental car. My car came back spotless on the inside and I believe they vacuumed it! My car was also completed 4 days ahead of schedule. read more

I just got my car repaired at Collision Max and I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was phenomenal; the administrative assistant, Trish, was welcoming and accommodating. She made sure everything was correct with my insurance company and offered to call Enterprise to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The assistant manager, Chris, also demonstrated quality customer service. He was kind and made sure my car was fixed to near perfection. In fact, my car looked better than it did before I got it repaired. The employees even repaired my side mirror. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Collision Max and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to get their car repaired. read more

That is the location where i had my 2013 Nissan Rogue for front end damage. The communication is terrible i was contacted to let about 3 or 4 times within a month even longer than that actually, to let me know how my vehicle was doing. I had to call to see how my car was doing. Apparently it was due to that aftermarket part were order for my vehicle. my insurance company only allowed original parts. So then it was the vendors fault. and then I was told there was an ac issue so it would take a little while longer. So they had my car for over a month was upset i could not come til Friday to pick up my car which was three days away from when they called me to let me know my car was ready. ON-TOP OF EVERYTHING! i was told they would take care of my bill from enterprise because i had a rental and due to my car being fixed my insurance company covered only up to a month so i get a bill from enterprise $538.66 all together. i gave them FIVE BUSINESS DAYS to resolve this. When i called on MARCH 31,2017 the STORE MANAGER told me he was just informed about this. read more
