Finance Manager response was "it's only $50 more per month. Mercedes Benz is aware of squeaking breaks on the GLC but I was told the engineers state, "that is common in that model". Apparently their solution is a different brake pad to be replaced on the vehicle. Atlantic City sold me a vehicle as CPO without putting on the recommended pads. My vehicle's brakes squeak like an 87 Chrysler LaBaron. Disappointed in the dealership and MB. I've owned many MB vehicles and I am tired of constant issues. I am done with them both.

The manager doesnt care about the safety of his customers just his personal policies…read more Nowhere online or in the store does it state that they don't install tires purchased outside of Walmart distribution. So when I arrived with my daughter's car which had a large bubble in the tire, they turned me away. Stating, the manager changed the policy on installing Non-walmart purchased tires. Even though they sell the exact tire I purchased because I got them quicker from another retailer. I asked nicely if the would bend this new policy since its not stated anywhere and the car is not really safe to drive. He didnt care one bit. It obvious this "policy" is about money and not about taking care of customers. They care more about the money than the safety of people. Don't waste your time with this auto center and this general manager who is obviously on a power trip.
