I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence I experienced with this so-called battery mechanic. I wish I could give him a negative rating because one star is still too generous for this guy. First of all, I called him at the crack of dawn, 8 am, because I needed my battery checked. He promised to be there at 3 pm, so I eagerly waited, rearranging my entire day to accommodate his schedule. Little did I know, I was in for a rollercoaster of disappointment. 3 pm came, and guess what? No sign of this mechanic. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer. I called him multiple times, and each time he kept saying, "be patient I will get to you." What a joke! He must have thought I was born yesterday. Finally, at 6:45 pm, when I had already wasted my entire day twiddling my thumbs, he deigned to reach out to me. But not with an apology or an explanation for his delay, oh no! He had the nerve to say he couldn't come anymore because my location was too far away. Seriously? I had given him my address since morning, and he didn't bother to check the distance until almost 7 pm. This guy is a complete waste of time, and he clearly has no respect for his customers' time. My car is still not fixed, and I have to rely on Uber to get to work and back tomorrow, all because of his ineptitude. I don't know how he manages to stay in business with such a lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and find a reliable, competent mechanic who actually values their customers. I wouldn't trust this guy to fix a tricycle, let alone my car battery. Avoid at all costs! read more

I had my engine Bouncing around like crazy, I thought the engine was gonna fall off. Happened to have other mechanics look at it and said it was a timing issue but not sure. CJ came and did diagnosis test that I'm sure most mechanics wouldn't had. It was the timing belt in the engine. I set up a date, he got the parts and it was Amazing. He brung all his tools, all the parts, everything for the job and went to work asap. My family and even neighbors passing by were VERY impressed on the work he was doing and I recommend him Highly! When all was set and done, nothing went bad, everything was done and I drove it around a bit and it was like nothing ever happened, Like NEW! I felt like I gained my life back because having a car is freedom to do what you please and I was looking at so many options before seeing CJ working on a neighbors car and he recommended me and man I DO NOT regret it. The fact that he has so much knowledge about cars and trucks and more, of all types, is very trusting for his work and what he does. His prices are also very reasonable considering how much a dealership or other mechanics might charge, and the quality of work is very professional too. He also shows up at your house so even if your car or whatever you want work on doesn't move, he'll come and assess it wherever you have your vehicle. I called Beyond the Garage Mobile when I broke down in the parkway. I saw the word "Mobile" in the title and I was so so happ to find out that he IS mobile! CJ comes to where you are, finds out the issue and fixes it right then and there! His prices were great, considering that he travels to wherever the person is. I know I would of spent a lot more getting a tow AND taking it to a repair shop. I have his card on my fridge and will always call him with any car issues! Thank you CJ!! read more

CJ was easy to schedule an Appt with .. I work virtual and he came to do an oil change and look at another vehicle for me. He will coming back to do that repair also, would highly recommend him for car servicing and repair.
