He never repairs anything without a phone call explaining what is wrong and I appreciate the warning of short and long term repairs in the future. He always lets us know if a repair can wait or in need of immediate repair. He also gives you the removed part and shows you where the breakdown occurred. Butch makes you feel that when you leave his shop...your car has been thoroughly checked so you are safe to drive away. At time of payment, you receive a computer readout of each item that was checked and repaired and any fluids refilled or topped off. There is no question what was done and how long it took. It is all documented on a list to take home. We drive our cars until they die, and have had our cars over 17 years each with Butch as our mechanic. They take their time to access the issues and they won't charge you an arm and a leg to suck out as much money from you as possible. I'm had my exhaust system repaired which is a pretty serious job and even had smaller jobs done like reattaching a loose muffler. The prices they give you are amazing! Just fractions of what the other commercial auto repair shops will charge! They are first come first serve so definitely give them a call because they are a smaller shop and it may take a little time for them to get to your vehicle but it is well worth it!
