Exceptional service! I decided to take a day trip to Hamilton, NJ on 10/20/18 ...nearly 2 hours away from home. My oil light came on and I panicked!!!! Stopped off at auto zone for a oil change recommendation and was referred to Firestone. They were booked until Tuesday and my heart dropped! The owner offered to check my oil and top off my fluids to make sure I was in a great place to continue my drive. I must say that experience was by far one of the best auto experiences I've had ever. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, courtesy, professional and as he was educating me regarding my oil levels and general conversation his son Robbie lived right around the corner in walking distance. If you guys want your car beaten to a pulp or have a dangerous road car then come here. I got a my alignment not to long ago and just the other day while driving my rear tire suddenly exploded it's side walls. After inspecting it myself and bringing it to 3 other independent shops to examine they have determined it was due to a faulty alignment causing my cars tires to wear prematurely to the point of failure. These tires I had on were practically brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S MSRP $380 now I have to replace the tire when it should be fire stone who should of taken care of it. I went in store today to see if they had a copy of my alignment report as they usually keep a copy for record but the guy said he would have to dig for it but never did and left me SOL. I honestly would not recommend this place even the lifetime alignment is basically useless as once poor alignment will set you back hundreds. read more

I just bought my car 2 months ago and was nervous about finding a place to take my car for an oil change, since my boyfriend had an issue with a different place saying they fixed something and they hadn't. I came here when a shop that a friend suggested didn't have an appointment.. but found this place on google. I'm glad I did. I got out of there pretty fast for how many cars I saw everyone working on.. the people in the front were very friendly and explained everything to me. Scheduled an appointment on a Friday to get my brakes replaced - earliest time slot available was following Wednesday. They inspected my car and I was quoted almost $850 with tax for brakes and rotors. I found another local shop who would do it for almost $200 cheaper, so I picked my car up to take to the other dealer. Within 100 yards several lights turned on on my dashboard - brake light, power steering, vehicle stability assist... New shop found the brake line was broken off to the front tire. He said, "I'm not pointing fingers but....someone broke this off and there's no brake fluid going to your front tire." How do I get a car back from a shop in WORSE condition than I dropped it off in??? Not only are they more expensive, but literally put my life in danger due their carelessness. read more

Stay away, they will rip you off and always try to get unnecessary work done. They prey on people who are out of the area and are stuck going there because of the name. Never going here again, especially not for oil changes which I've heard they've messed up so bad they've had to replace entire engines. You've been warned. Don't really trust them 100%. Every time I bring a car in for oil change, there's always something else wrong. This last time I had a car in for tire rotation and alignment (I paid for a "free" lifetime alignment service ) they didn't notice my tires were wearing and the steering wheel still shook when I pulled out of their lot. read more

I called them to try and get an appointment to bring my truck in and as soon as someone answered they I told them what I needed then he just hung up on me, so I then called them again and they just left me on hold. If you want to be helped by someone who actually cares about your car and enjoys their job, you should come here. Firestone is very efficient in the work they do. I was able to go in and out feeling satisfied. Not only was the customer amazing the best I've ever seen, but I learned about my car as well. Robert explained how my car works and we spoke about a few other things I should do that would keep my car maintained well. This is an update. The last one didn't make it to this page. Maybe this one will. I was contacted by the District manager. Instead of apologizing he made excuse's for his workers. The slow leak that they clamied they fixed and didn't. Wasn't a slow leak after all it was the tire pressure sensors that needed to be replaced. Which prove' all they did was fill it up with air to make the Ligt icon go off & low & behold..right on schedule, they light came back on after two days as always. The district manager suggest I return so they could fix it..HA not with a 10 foot pole will they touch my car again!! read more

Went to this Firestone location for years and spent thousands upon thousands of dollars there servicing my two Nissans. Never had a problem until these past several months when Anthony left and it all went down hill. I brought in my two vehicles in August and made an appointment for both. They had my white Nissan sitting in the lot for several days waiting to get the a/c fixed only to tell me the guy they had to do the electrical repairs wasn't available to fix it and suggested I go to the dealership. Then I went again today for a simple oil change, tire rotation and alignment (which I have lifetime alignment for) and they told me they can't fit me in at all today and wouldn't have availability to do these simple services until Monday. The place was nowhere near as packed as usual and they couldn't fit me in for three days for an oil change, a tire rotation, and an alignment???? Will never come back here again. STAY AWAY from this place! I wish I could give "no star". My husband took a car to this location for the front brakes estimate. Although we had made an appointment in advance he spent over an hour just to hear an estimate that was outrageous! I had my car at the dealership yesterday for 30000 mile service and the mechanic kept talking about the great condition my car was in. The only thing he suggested was to replace the front brake pads as they were getting thin. Even the rotors did not have to be machined. I had had a great experience with another Firestone location before so I decided to take the car to the Firestone in EHT. Needless to say that after a prolonged wait we were told that the rotors had to be replaced along with the pads and all the break fluids! We were priced around $400 for all that plus they had also suggested changing the battery, which made it nearly $600! Hello - the car has 30000 miles on it! The verdict is - unprofessional stuff that tries to rip you off! Stay away; take your car, time and money some other place!! read more
