I called Keylla to clean my dad's house. She was able go to his house and provide quote the same day. We agreed on a price and the work and she had two cleaners out to the house two days later. They did a deep clean of the house from top to bottom and it's like night and day. The house looks great! I appreciate the responsiveness and the quality of work done on the house. these people did an awful job cleaning my house!! so much so that I had to have them come back again and do the areas they supposedLu cleaned the first time!! They even broke thinks I'm the home and ever said a word! I had to find out on my own after they left the items that they had broken!! Teir crew was caught several time just sitting around and talking and not working!! I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I had to have them come back again and still did a louse job!! I should not have to follow her people around to make sure they were working!! They were caught a couple of times just sitting around talking not doing the job they were paid to do!! they never replaced or repaired the items they damaged!! the house was more than 95% empty when they decided to show up to clean the house! Thay acted like they never cleaned a home with some boxes in the house!! after they left the second time their supposed cleaning !we had to do all the wall and clean the windows they did a louse job on!! Wow! Where do I give 10 stars! I am so impressed by Keylla and her team. They left no stone unturned and the attention to detail was incredible. I recently moved into my fathers home and he was not a great housekeeper. It needed some love and lots of dusting! Keylla was so fast with her messages and very easy to communicate with. If I can, I will give 0 starts. What's badly service that my first time meet with Keylla's team. Keylla is replied quickly,BUT they didn't show up on time. First told me about 2-3. On the date, told me will come 3:30, then They keep say going to be late becuase traffic.... actully coming time is 4:00 Hello~~this is not a good way to run business, OKAY? I am not living there, I can go on time before 3pm from out of city 45mins place, how come you guys need more than1.5 hours? And when the team come, there 's 2 ladys, totlaly no English communicate You should let me know ahead that you just want to see aroung and only talk to Kelly.
