My wife loved the flowers. 6 days later they still look the same! They delivered the same day. I would highly recommend them. Rick

I had to choose a florist for a friend in a different state than me. I chose Colonial because they had good reviews. Flowers were delivered around noon which I appreciated it wasn't late in the day. The picture my friend sent of the flowers is gorgeous! Better than expected!

Amazing business! The NICEST people; took the time to understand what I wanted to accomplish and went above and beyond to make it happen. I HIGHLY recommend using this florist!

Exactly what I purchased online. I ordered a deluxe cobalt blue flower arrangement and it was beautiful. The recipient loved it. Website was easy to use. Will definitely use again. Thank you for brightening their day!

    Beautiful roses!

I just got off the phone with Beth, placing a delivery order. Awesome customer service! I will be recommending this shop! I look forward to seeing the roses! Thank you Colonial Florist! My Grandmother loved the flowers and said it's the most beautiful bouquet she has ever seen!

I worked with David from another state and everything was so easy. The whole process was extremely smooth. Being out of state, I was able to email Colonial Florist and get quick responses as well as call to clarify the final details. They were able to stay within budget and provide high quality. I even received notification that the flowers were delivered via email. The flowers looked great in the space. I even received notification that the flowers were delivered via email. I would work with them again if I was in Orlando for events!

Flowers are my favorite gift to receive from my husband. He used to send me small bouquets here and there when he was deployed early on in our marriage (so they are very special to me) Now, as he away again, he has surprised me twice with gorgeous fragrant bouquets from this florist. It's hard ordering flowers online, some times the florist has to make changes to an arrangement so with that said, this is the best florist he's ordered from. He surprised me with a mothers day bouquet which was just colorful and vibrant. Lasted for 2 weeks. Earlier this month, he surprised me with 2 dozen long stemmed roses for my birthday. They added the perfect amount of greenery and baby's breath to compliment the exquisite deep red roses. It's been 2 weeks exactly and only one rose has started to wilt. My house smells like freshly cut roses, its amazing. Thank you guys for the passion you put into your arrangements. It softens the sadness of being away from each other.

Very happy with purchase. Ordered for my daughter's birthday. Lovely flowers, on time delivery and ease of ordering. First time using Colonial Florist and will use again if needed.

My fiancee started her new job last week & I wanted to get her a bouquet of flowers to commemorate her first day. Unfortunately I waited until after 8pm the night before to think about ordering... Doing an address search for what florist was nearby her new job, Colonial Florist popped up. Their online ordering system was top-notch and honestly I thought the bouquet that they got to her before 3pm the next day!! was even better than the pictures led me to believe! Didn't deal with anyone by phone or in person, but they completed the online order perfectly and complied with my delivery request and got the flowers there ontime with very little notice. Thank you Colonial Florist!

    Picture my grandmother sent me

Hands down the greatest customer service I have ever experienced (and I'm a kind person) I called past delivery time and asked if they can deliver 8 bouquets to my grandmother for her 85th birthday since she lives in Florida and I live in California. Kathy was so sweet and guided me through each bouquet and made sure all 8 of them were exactly how I liked them. I asked so many questions and yet Kathy did not mind and kindly helped me through all my questions and requests. I was sent a picture of all the bouquets before delivery, which was greatly appreciated. My grandmother was over joyed when she called to say thank you. I will only order from here!! Thank you Kathy and the crew who made my grandmother's birthday a special one to remember. Thank you beyond words. Galina Elmore

Proceed with CAUTION for wedding florals. After what seemed…read morelike a great in person meeting with Kathy, everything went downhill. I ignored numerous red flags because we had a friend who used this shop for their wedding and had a good experience, however ours was far from good. To make a long horrific story short, the red flags included: WEEKS of delay in receving the intial proposal that was met with numerous excuses and reassurance everything was booked for our wedding (spolier: it never was), at one point the excuse was ownership changed so Kathy took her notes home, She called to verify some of our floral info which was pretty straightforward, She ignored the email of inspo pics, Kathy moved communication from the store's email to her personal email, the order was not a formal contract and never signed by either party even when I requested a signed copy (my lesson - should have pulled the plug here), a Square payment link that had a different business name attached, horrible spotty communication throughout all of this - I would have to email, call the store, and text Kathy numerous times for a response, once payment was made there was radio silence. Our wedding was 12 days away and we had not received any confirmation of our florals being ordered/prepared, my cooridnator was not able to get a response at all. Finally my MIL called the store and pressed for an answer (after they hung up on her and she called back) and they informed us the store had NO RECORD of my wedding, of our order, OR THE PAYMENT. The casually said maybe Kathy was doing the order on her own (not through the shop) which was never communicated to us and would not be allowed by our venue. We then sent an email requesting full refund given the order was never placed, no contract, etc and like MAGIC after 2 weeks of no answer - Kathy texted within 15 minutes. After some back and forth we were able to get a refund, which was the ONLY good part of this horrible experience that almost left us with no flowers for our wedding.

I'm genuinely surprised to see this flower shop rated 4.1 stars on Yelp when they have a 4.9-star…read morerating on Google, because my personal experience with them has been consistently exceptional. I've purchased flowers for my wife from Leaf & Blossom, Co. multiple times over the past year, and they have hit the mark every single time. I usually tell them the occasion, share a few details, and trust them to take it from there. Somehow, they always manage to translate the sentiment behind the occasion into something elegant, thoughtful, and appropriate. Most recently, they created flowers for my anniversary. I told Ajeeta that my wife's favorite color is hot pink, and she explained that because it was a romantic and sentimental occasion, her team would incorporate a beautiful array of complementary hues while keeping the hot pinks front and center. The finished arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. It felt thoughtful and intentional rather than simply being an arrangement made entirely in one color. It was exactly right for the occasion, and my wife loved it. Interestingly enough, I had only known the owners through phone conversations and had never met them personally. In a complete coincidence, they happened to attend a South Asian business networking mixer that I was also attending. When everyone introduced themselves and they handed me their business card, I immediately recognized the name! It was wonderful finally being able to put faces to the people behind the business. They are such a lovely mother-daughter duo, and it is clear that they work incredibly well together. Anyone who has ever worked with family knows that successfully running a family business is no small accomplishment, yet they seem to do it with grace. I also admire their commitment to the community, their business, and the reputation they have worked so hard to build. Leaf & Blossom, Co. is THE flower shop I recommend when someone asks me where to buy flowers. I have personally shopped with several of the other highly rated flower shops in the area over the years, including In Bloom Florist, Harry's Famous Flowers, and Le Bouquet. In my own experience, Leaf & Blossom, Co. stands out because of its combination of quality, creativity, consistency, and genuinely personal service. The style of customer service Ajeeta and her team provide is becoming increasingly rare. You can tell that she does not see people simply as transactions. She treats her clients like people, listens to what they are trying to express through the flowers they are sending, and makes the entire experience feel personal. That is what makes this shop so memorable. I switched to Leaf & Blossom, Co. because you can genuinely feel the care they have for their clients and the pride they take in their craft. The quality of the flowers, the artistry of their designs, and the level of customer service have kept me coming back. Maybe I'm a little biased because I'm Indian too, and there is always something special about seeing a South Asian mother-daughter team running and growing a successful local business. But truthfully, that has nothing to do with why I continue to shop with them. I was already a loyal customer before I ever met them or knew who they were personally. Their work, quality, and customer service earned my business entirely on their own. I even tried to tip them after meeting them, and they refused. Instead, they laughed and told me, "Money comes and money goes, but the internet is forever--so leave us a review." Well, here it is! As long as they are in business, they will continue to have my loyalty and patronage. If you are looking for beautiful flowers from people who genuinely care about what they do and the people they serve, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are rated so highly across the board for a reason, and in my experience, they have absolutely earned it. Worth. Every. Penny.

Lake Eola Florist is a florist I would never recommend…read more My husband, family, and friends have always ordered from In Bloom or Colonial Florist with wonderful experiences. This year for Valentine's Day, my husband decided to try Lake Eola Florist -- and it turned into a huge disappointment. On Friday, February 13, 2026, my husband ordered a bouquet of tulips (my favorite flowers), a Valentine's Day balloon, and delivery. The flowers were delivered after 5pm while I was at my son's baseball game. When we got home, he brought them inside -- the tulips were already wilted (and while tulips naturally droop some, these were clearly struggling), and the balloon was half-flat. Saturday and Sunday, the flowers still did not look good. We refreshed the water and left them on the dining table while we were away in Daytona for the races. By Tuesday, February 17th -- just four days later -- multiple blooms had completely fallen off and the arrangement looked worse than ever. I called the florist and was told I would receive a follow-up call or text. Two hours later, I received a text stating that "vase life is 5-7 days." However, today was only day four -- and that's stretching it considering the late delivery and the poor condition upon arrival. I sent photos and explained everything. I was told that because the arrangement was delivered days ago, I could not receive a refund -- but if I brought in a vase to the shop, I could receive a complimentary bouquet of roses. I do not like roses -- which is exactly why my husband ordered tulips. At that point, I still did not know the total cost. After speaking with my husband, I learned he paid $110 for the flowers, balloon, and delivery. For that price, I expect an arrangement from a higher-end florist to last longer than four days -- especially when it did not arrive in good condition to begin with. Asking me to bring in my own vase to pick up roses (that I do not even like) is not an acceptable solution. Customers work hard for their money, just like florists work hard on their arrangements. Quality and customer service should match the price point. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I highly recommend In Bloom or Colonial Florist instead -- they consistently provide beautiful arrangements and stand behind their product to keep customers happy and returning.
