Absolute trash dealer. When you're browsing cars when they're not even open and see a lot full of 40+ Nissan Rogues, ALL with a $5000 "market adjustment" add on charge, that tells me all I need to know about a car dealer. Market adjustments on vehicles are generally questionable unless the vehicle is extremely rare and therefore in high demand, justifying an actual market adjustment. But an entire lot full of low demand Nissan Rogues, all getting marked up $5000 over sticker? Obviously that is this dealer's standard operating procedure. In fact, EVERY vehicle on the lot had a $5000 markup right next to the factory window sticker. Everything that I've personally experienced and heard about this dealer is completely contradictory to what you see on Google reviews, which the dealer clearly pads/manages. I would never deal with Colonial Nissan in Feasterville again. When I bought my certified pre-owned Rogue there they pretty much strong armed me and wouldn't even let me have a minute to breathe on making the decision, they questioned me on why I wasn't crazy about a white car, then the meat head finance guy pretty much told me I'm not leaving here without getting the car because he just worked the numbers to what I was looking for. Fast forward five years, no problems with the car, however recently had a check engine light come on saying it's an 02 sensor. I buy the sensor, from Nissan, have my mechanic put it in and light still won't go off. Take it to Nissan and they say they have to reset and reprogram everything. They do all that and the engine light still comes on and says the sensor needs to be replaced. The Assistant service tech, Marc, now tells me he thinks it's a defective sensor, and I just bought it from them a month before, and I also had tried an aftermarket sensor before that and that didn't work and he is telling me essentially that two sensors are bad, I get frustrated because I don't think it's the sensor and I express my frustration because I can't get the car to pass emissions, he says well there are worse things, at least ur not fighting cancer as if I don't know that . They replace sensor, no charge, and want to keep car over night to test it to find out if it still says sensor is bad, he tells me he will text in the morning with update. I hear nothing all day until I finally get a hold of him around 4 for him to tell me they tried two other things and nothing worked, says it's not sensor and that it could be a wire somewhere and that it's $165 an hour for them to try and find it and if it's a wire in the engine harness it could cost up to 4k to fix. He tells me he has to find some special tech to do this and has no idea how long it will take to do the job but says I can come get the car for the weekend and that he will call me first thing Monday. Don't hear anything so I call him around 1 and have to leave a voicemail. I wait until Wednesday and he never calls me back. End result, I wind up having to trade the car in because he pretty much told me they can't fix it and don't know what it is and apparently couldn't get a tech to even attempt to fix it. Number one, service center is always packed when I go there, should tell you something. Number two Nissans are good cars but after dealing with this I will never buy a Nissan and will never deal with them. Go to Team Toyota and see how a great car dealership handles their customers, and get a car that will last forever. read more

I took my car in for services here many times and suspected they are scamming people but i give them the benefit of a doubt. I'm too naive!!! I took my car in for service again the other day, and i was told i need new rear brake pads and refile rotors for my next visit (3000 miles). They were going to charge me over $200 for this service. Drove home for the holiday and took it to a mechanic (friend of the family) and have him check it out. Rear brake pads have 50% life left and rotors were perfectly fine and in perfect condition. He said it would take me at least another 6 MONTHS!!! to even think about changing. Since he had them out already, i changed the rear brake pads anyway!!! NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO BACK HERE!!! They told me I had a bent/leaking strut and to just keep an eye on it and that it didn't need to be fixed. I spent close to $400 fixing my car and thought I was done. A month later, I went to another Nissan dealership closer to my home to get an oil change and a tire rotation and they mentioned the strut to me and told me that my extended warranty covers it and it was ordered for the following week. WHY DIDN'T COLONIAL MENTION THIS TO ME?! I am furious - if something is covered under warranty, then a customer should be notified. Now I am wondering --- did I get ripped off? Did I REALLY need $400 worth of repairs? Never going to Colonial again. Don't care how close they are to my work. I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Wasn't sure how this would turn out since most dealerships are overpriced but I was satisfied with the work they provided for my wife's car. Nissan took responsibility for my transmission even though it was a week past warranty expiration and paid 90% of cost which at 3,900.00 was a relief to pay 390.00 for the work. I had an appt here this morning at 7:30, got there on time, this is my first experience with CN, drop off is a valet model, they cover your seat with protective plastic and a floor covering right there, walked inside, right up to the counter with no delay, lots of people there working at 7:30 am, registered with the agent and I walked home to wait. Got a call a few hours later, I was not in a hurry so I told them that any time before 2 would be great, service was complete and my car problem is now solved. Picked up the car, easy breazy. It's hard not to be wary of servicing your car at a dealership. However, I must day for the last 2.5 years, I have had nothing but amazing service. When I arrive, I am always greeted with a smile by the valets. I am incredibly lucky bc Bryan became my assigned service manager and he's fantastic. He's kind, thoughtful and never ever pressures me into doing any of the services. Sometimes I have time to do them, some I do later and some I prioritize. My schedule stinks so outside of the regular oil changes (which are super cheap at $20 every 5000 miles through their oil change club), Bryan always works something out with me. Not only are the oil changes cheap (pathfinder) but even the brake job ended up being cheaper than 3 other places I called. Suffice to say, I'm pretty happy. read more

I was happy with the experience until 3 weeks later when I found out that either the sales rep, his supervisior, the finance department or some combination of the three had completely screwed me (with help from someone at Colonial Nissan.) I was getting out of my Nissan lease early to get into a Subaru- upon dropping off my Nissan a manager there said he wanted to buy my car. He spoke to the sales rep who was helping me at Subaru- the two of them worked out some deal that was supposed to lower my payments, but changed my original offer. Whatever the Subaru finance department was supposed to do "took too long" so the Nissan guy bailed on his end of the deal, leaving me on the hook for $3,951.81, due in less than a month from me finding out about it. Of course there is no paperwork showing what was supposed to happen, only text messages between myself & both men from the dealerships blaming each other for what is now my four thousand dollar problem. Zero people have been helpful to get this resolved, & I have to magically come up with this money I do not have- I was not even made aware of the possibility of this happening. I dont know what any of these people gained out of this situation but I do blame myself for being naive enough to let predatory sales reps take advantage of me with shady business practices. I met a sales guy who was silent unless you ask him a question and this guy loudly made a phone call in his own language while we were reading a document. Came in to get information on the cars. They directed me to Serge, but the moment I said I had a pre-approval letter with Capital One they traded salesman and put me with Rick Hicks. Not only was I shuffled to a back office, rather than out to the lot to discuss cars, he basically demanded that I gave him proof of the letter and proof of income before he would go on about anything. Then he spent time lecturing me on the trade value of my existing car and how interests rates works like I was a child and hadn't done my homework - which I had already done the research on my buyout price & used kelley blue book to get my instant cash value. When he gave me a paper to sign to run my credit, I said I only authorize going through capital one and don't want my credit hit by all their bankers. He comes back saying all he did was pull my credit report which wouldn't hit my credit, but it did and I lost 2 points (thanks notifications from Credit Karma). He refused to show me anything until I told him how much I would be putting down even though I explained I just was there to find out more about their models. He was so rude and getting frustrated that he walked out to do who-knows-what. After 10 minutes of waiting in that back office and getting annoyed, I just walked out. Nice car, but I was sent for a test drive with no gas in the car, (nothing registering on gauge and fuel light on) and the car was delivered with the Tire Pressure Light on. The tires were under-inflated- one of them grossly. This should have been checked, rather than stating I should bring the car back to have it serviced. read more

First of all they don't mark any of the cars with prices. I went to look at a Nissan Murano and trade in one that had only 39,000 miles on it in perfect condition. I liked a Pathfinder in the showroom more. The salesman told me I couldn't afford it because it was the Platinum package. He showed me the 'tech' package which didn't have some of the features and amenities and no sun roof. That was ok with me..but then he jacked up the price by 10,000..YEP, that is not a typo.. I went there by invitation..my trade in was guaranteed 10,000 so what he did was make sure I got ZERO for my perfect trade in. I never dreamed a dealership would allow this to happen. When I looked up the 2014 Pathfinder online later in the week there was no configuration that made any Pathfinder cost as much as I was charged not even with extra's that don't come from the factory and have to be special ordered. The invitation also promised to pay the first payment on 'ANY' new vehicle..they didn't do that either. STAY AWAY!!!!! Even ZERO stars is too many for this place! read more
