When we threatened to leave the sales manager came out. He was abrasive to say the least. My two favorite comments were. What did you think was gonna happen your not buying a toaster. Next comment was we are not a McDonalds drive through. Well I guess you are not focused on your customers either. I have always had European vehicles, and before I retired was a Porsche brand ambassador. The new Explorer runs as well if not better than any of its European counterparts! 400 hp and over 420 foot pounds of torque with a 10 speed gearbox makes for a phenomenally great package. The vehicle is equipped with blue star, which allows the vehicle to drive itself.
