You cannot see your eye doctor again because they block you.. Worst place I have ever been. When I finally did see an eye doctor her first thing was you was fitted improperly and we can refit you with a proper pair.. even told me my contacts was under warranty. But when I went back the ASSISTANT again blocked me from the doctor and wants me to pay full price again. Do not go to this place it is not the same anymore. I would give them a 0 if I could.

We had to schedule an eye exam for my mom, who has Alzheimer's, as she's lost her glasses and we've been unable to refill them on a pretty old prescription. All of the employees and Dr. Bennett were so pleasant, patient and caring in dealing with us! It can be very difficult finding providers who are caring and patient, but I was blown away by how easy they made it and the care they showed my mom.

The one constant throughout the years has been the manager, Chris, who provides excellent customer service every time. My wife once tried another eyeglass provider, but the difference in quality and service was clear, she is happily back to this Lenscrafters. I also strongly recommend their replacement insurance. It has been incredibly consistent in fixing or replacing any issues I've had, and over the years it has truly been a lifesaver, saving me significant money overall. Yep, eyeglasses aren't cheap, but it's easier when I trust that I'm getting the quality and service I pay for. Management, however, failed them completely.As a patient of over 10 years, I attended my appointment at the Dominion Eye Associates Midlothian location on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 1:45 PM. I arrived early but waited approximately 30 minutes to see a technician, spent 30 minutes in preparation, waited another 15 minutes in a packed hallway, and then waited an additional 30 minutes inside the exam room before seeing the single doctor on duty. Forcing vulnerable and elderly patients to endure these massive delays is entirely unacceptable. It feels like the business is prioritizing profit and patient volume over actual healthcare and basic respect for people's time. The staff did an amazing job handling the chaos, but management needs to urgently fix this broken system or you will start losing patients.
