[FYI - their flatbed is in Newport News.] Right. Neither they nor AAA would pay for that damage done by towing. THEN, they leave the AAA order open as if they are responding and leave you standing in a dangerous place until you figure it out and call AAA. Minimum of two hours lost. We've complained about this process several times. We don't understand why AAA keeps damaging their reputation by letting these liars stay on their service provider list.
