There is a difference between simply not knowing and adequately trying to "follow-up" to find the answer or help in the best way possible vs. being dismissive with no sense of urgency and/or interest in being solution based. A customer actually had to intervene from another line to provide some information as she overheard the challenge. This was a random act of kindness after I was met with what I would describe as a rude demeanor from the manager. He came in upset, I tried to extend grace but after a few moments, he still didn't seem to be guest centered. There was an employee by the name of Tricey (T) that was very helpful in seeking out the answers in which she could. Her professionalism, energy and bubbly personality was engaging with every guest that came in, including a package handler. It's challenging to be met in a dismissive and not so kind way when seeking answers that may already come with a level of anxiety and/or confusion. Also, connecting to the Starbucks wi-fi isn't the strongest when trying to print and/or obtain documents. But if it's not public wi-fi in the establishment, understandable. When I asked, I was told to connect to the neighboring Starbucks. I remained patient, got the information I needed and thanked the 3 employees present. I was just discouraged mid-way through the visit.

After that, they completely stopped communicating -- no replies, no calls answered, nothing. When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
