I go here for everything! Mail, passport photos, notary. The staff is friendly, never an issue with my mail. I had to redo my passport photos taken at another location, they did them perfect. Probably the most convenient postal office!!! I love how they can sell individual stamps if you don't ever need to buy a whole book. Though individually, they are a tad pricier, I for one don't feel like over spending on a whole book collectively. I can probably count the number of times I've used stamps in 3 years all on 1 hand lol. And to make things even better, there will almost never be any waiting or a line like most regular US Postal Offices. I guess since everyone and their mom is more accustomed to going to the US Post Office, a "Postal Annex" is nearly unheard of. I honestly would have never gone here if it weren't for the customer service employee at Albertsons who suggested this spot. I was about to buy a book of stamps for over $15 and wasn't ready for that around the holidays lol. So she suggested this spot and am I ever glad she did! On top of the no wait plus, since there are readily available, friendly employees here, I was able to make sure my Christmas cards got sent in a timely fashion. I had 3 to send out. 2 were rather on the bigger, slightly heftier side and originally I only put 1 stamp on each letter. Something told me to check them in with the lady at the counter rather than just a simple drop off in the box. She checked each one, and said the 2 bigger ones actually needed 2 more stamps! I was astounded that they were in fact that heavy to require more stamps and relieved that I followed my instincts to check in with her. She said, if I had just left it in the box and sent it out, it would have just been sent back to me for insufficient paid postage! That would have just broken my heart because 1 was for my sweet grandma! If you are also in need of a last minute gift, this is also the place to go! This afternoon I went to turn a package. As per instructions the label was to be printed at the Postal Annex if I did not have a printer. I was out of ink. The young lady who was to assist me said I had to go home and print my own label. They did not provide me with the assistance need for me to return the package. I called the merchant and they will provide me with the label through UPS. This Postal Annex did not provide the service needed to mail out my package in a timely manner. They just wasted my time. read more

Been coming to this place for years but recently had an issue. They have a drop off space for prepaid packages but it seems they don't keep track of what comes and goes. I dropped of a prepaid package for USPS. 9 days later USPS shows they haven't received the package. I go to the Annex to find out what is going on. I'm told they just put it in the back to be picked up. They don't scan it or account for it in anyway. When I point out that the post office can just say they never received anything the Annex gives them, I get a nonchalant shrug of the shoulder. what is the point of using their service? But I have learned my lesson. Never again will I use there service. I may have to wait in a long line at the post office but they will take responsibility for their service. read more

I went there one time and that was more than enough. I went in to send my daughter a package to SD on a Thursday, I was told that it was a few cents more to send it GUARENTEED SATURDAY delivery thru FEDEX as opposed to the postal service. I agreed, I mean who wouldn't right? The package was delivered on Sunday and long story short, the claim was denied by Fedex for me to get reimbursed because it got there a day late and the owner Brian basically called me a LIAR saying his employee wouldn't say that it was guaranteed because she's been there longer than he's owned the company. I was so excited to find a one stop shop for my shipping needs in the NE but for $23 they lost a customer. read more

Very nice staff and they have very reasonable prices for envelopes if you need them. They offer a 15% military discount which is very nice of them. Would have been 5 stars but they charge almost $10 more for flat rate shipping than the regular post office! Today I shipped a large flat rate box for $20 and change and it was going to be over $29 to send it from here. That's an impressive mark up... read more

I've been coming here for awhile now. The location is conveniently located off of the 54 here in the northeast. Whenever I'm too lazy to drive all the way to the post office I stop here. Which is almost all the time. Never received bad service! Sometimes they hand out free popcorn and they give a 15% discount for military. My only gripe is that the Internet is slow. I've emailed them documents to print for me and it takes forever! But I've never had any issues with shipping packages. read more

The products are expensive and the customer service is lacking. What should have cost $10 to send priority ended up costing $17. Also, I needed to print from an email and I called ahead for pricing to print so I knew printing was .14/page but I was not told I had to pay $1.50 to use the computer to access my email until afterwards. They are conveniently located but if at all possible I will go to the post office instead. read more
