I learned far more about the membership program than I did about the products I came in to buy. I also found several employees dismissive when I asked follow-up questions, which made the experience feel more frustrating than helpful. They were in perfect condition -- no marks, no dirt, no damage at all. I brought the receipt, the box, and everything needed, all within two weeks of purchase. Despite this, Wilbert refused to accept the return, saying it was against their policy. Honestly, this felt completely unfair and unprofessional. If shoes that are practically new cannot be returned, then what's the point of having a return policy? I will think twice before shopping at WSS again.
