I reached out to SOP, and Brandon was responsive and said they were in the mail, but they never arrived. It's now been over two months. Really disappointed with SOP. This was my first purchase and will most likely be my last. When you're spending $700 on boots, you expect everything that's supposed to come with them.

I've gotten so many things here. You just take your time browsing and when you see what you want, you either flag one of the guys to grab the items for you (if it's hard to get), or you just take the item to the front to get Albert to cost it for you. Elastics and cords typically run about $0.11 to $0.28 a yard depending on what it is. He offers exchanges on items not opened. Great place to shop and the people here are very nice and welcoming.

It's a sign of respect for the men and women who've risked--and in many cases, given--their lives for this country. Equating gratitude with discrimination shows a serious lack of awareness, and quite frankly, a lack of respect. What made it even more disappointing is that this store is located in a community where many military families live. These are the parents, spouses, and children who support service members from the home front--often enduring long deployments, uncertainty, and sacrifice themselves. To respond that way in a place so connected to the military is not just tone-deaf--it's disrespectful to the very backbone of this community. If I could give zero stars, I would. This business doesn't deserve even one for the way it treats the very people who make it possible for all of us to live and work freely. Of course, every business has the right to decide its own policies--but customers have the right to support businesses that reflect their values. I bought almost…read more1,000 grommets to install on a jacket sample after Behrooz told me he would let me rent the die sets from him so I wouldn't have to purchase those separately (they're over $100 each and I needed 4). I purchased the grommets and returned a couple of weeks later to rent the die sets from him and he then changed his mind and said he couldn't rent them to me because he uses them and he acted as if he had no idea what I was taking about when I told him he said I could rent from him. I would not have bought the grommets if I knew I had to buy the die sets as well. The whole point was to rent the sets and save money. I could have bought much cheaper grommets and die sets elsewhere, which I will be doing now. The second encounter- I was trying to learn from him about grommet installation. I know it's not his job to educate me, but I simply asked a question as to why some grommets look different from others on the backside when they are installed and he told me to "stop being so picky" and got annoyed and blew me off and wouldn't give me an answer. I told him I just wanted to understand the difference but he refused to give me an answer. Again, I know it's not his job to teach me anything, but the poor customer service was very frustrating especially as someone who was planning on buying in bulk for production. I will unfortunately be finding another supplier.

I'd heard Foxhole has reasonably priced vintage and they seem to. Seemed on par with other places I shop for shirts. I was also very excited to slip into a few pairs of vintage cut offs. I found the cutest pair that fit like they were made just for me. I didn't have to worry about alterations with this pair and chose it over another more boyfriend type fit that I have something fairly similar to already. Patches are also there thing here! They have tons and Fox mentioned she can sew them onto something nice if you have a collection of your own. Which, my boyfriend does! I'd love to be able to convince him to let me have Fox make something neat out of his childhood collection so it's not just sitting around the house in a box but he can display it and see them. We'll see... In the meantime I selected my own super cute Hot Air Balloon patch to have sewn onto the back of my new high waisted Levi's cut offs. I can't wait for the rain to stop so I can step out in them. They are adorably hot if that makes any sense at all. Adorably sexy... I don't know one of the two, maybe both. Met Jeff when I returned to pick them up a few days later. He is also very nice. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop in if you love vintage Denim or any and all of the above. absolutely awesome store, they had so much stuff that i definitely need to come back for more…read more First off they had a bunch of pieces from brands like Demonia and Harley Davidson, some things were a bit pricier so if price is an issue for you maybe wait on this store since not everything is bank breaking expensive but most pieces mainly the clothes and accessories that arent in the cases are over $60 which isnt a lot in my book but for some people it can be for one item. Pricing on things like Demonias wasnt a huge issue for me since id much rather buy from a place like this and give my money to them than buy from bigger name brand places like Hot Topic but also any problematic places like Dolls kill and Demonias. Staff was cool and helpful, they kept asking if i needed help or wanted them to get anything out for me. Overall pretty cool place, nice staff and a lot of awesome pieces with a big variety of stuff. Ill definitely end up coming back since there was a lot more i wanted to get but definitely visit this place its worth it.
