We have delivered flowers every week by them. They are always so great and fresh. We used another store before but the size,smell and price are so much better here. My niece also had her wedding during the few weeks of Covid that it was allowed and they did an excellent job. So glad we found them.

Sofi did a fantastic job with our flowers for our reception. She provided us with beautiful designs that fit within our budget with very reasonable pricing in comparison with other vendors. We had our ceremony and reception in 2 separate locations and she was accommodating with transporting the flowers from one location to the other. She also somehow got a hold of huge beautiful peonies for my bouquet even though the season for peonies hadn't started yet! She was quick in responding when contacted, and valued our input. She did everything possible to bring our vision alive. Very thankful for her services, would definitely hire her again, and will continue to recommend her to our family and friends.

My boyfriend and I purchased a plant with a bigger than average sized pot and wasn't sure what type of soil that was needed for this particular kind of plant. So we walked in and they were able to help us out right away! They provided all the recommended soil and potted the plant for us! We couldn't be happier with how it came out!

I walked in super last minute needing flowers for my brother, and they completely came through for me. She created a custom arrangement on the spot and it turned out absolutely gorgeous -- even better than I imagined. The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in. The lady helping me was so kind, helpful, and welcoming that I ended up buying a couple other items too. The shop itself is beautiful, the flowers were fresh and unique, and the pricing was very reasonable for a custom arrangement. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Terrible service and terrible selection. All the flowers were hidden behind the counter so couldn't even see what I was buying. Had to go behind the counter to choose. Everything was super expensive and the person helping me (older man) was dismissive and picking wilted and bug ridden flowers for me. He kept pushing me to say how many stems, and when he noticed I wasn't going for the $100 bouquets he decided I wasn't worth serving and said, "we are really busy" even though there was literally no one there. Regardless of how much $ I wanted to spend, florists are known for having a business that loses money since their stock is worthless once it's been sitting for a day, so losing a customer by being rude and snobbish seems like a really bad business move. The girl working there was really sweet though and she's the one who deserves the star I'm giving. Maybe you'd have more business if you had items that fit various budgets and friendlier staff. read more

So thrilled to have stumbled upon SLF while looking for an emergency "whoops forgot J's mom's birthday" bouquet - lovely space filled with all sorts of green things I would almost certainly kill immediately as well as poppin' fresh cut stems. If you want to spend $200 on petal on petal on petal or a stylish succulent arrangement you certainly can, but, if your budget is more in the $50-60, SLF will come through with something tasteful and elegant on the spot. Eager to have more reasons to return! read more

Sofi La Fleur is a beautiful business on this part of town. I came here because I had a date with my girlfriend and wanted to surprise her with something nice. I put myself completely in Sofi's hands and she made a bouquet of flowers that was way nicer than I expected. Needles to say..my girlfriend loved it. After a few days the flowers are still beautiful, and that speaks for the quality. If you need beautiful flowers and want to support a local business..don't look any further. Updating since I was able to get ahold of the owner on the phone today. I was told it was an unforeseen shut down of the business due to COVID. She promised to send a new delivery on Monday that is better than what we ordered/paid for to compensate for the fact that it's over a week late. I wish yelp had an option of adding a star to some very fine establishments like the 1% of very unique businesses operators like Sofi here, so I'm in town for a family dinner of course I'm looking on yelp for the best florist in town found Sofi called her up asked her for something very unique and not cheap she had put a flower arrangement for me in less than an hour and she was very busy at the time. She sent me photos of the beautiful flowers and asked for a payment so I sent her my CC My card didn't go thought I have her another card that didn't work either now I'm in a rush for this special family gathering, Sofi haven't collect a payment nor she knew my full name we spoke only one time over the phone couple of hours ago. She left everything at the store and ran and delivered the flowers before my arrival and I haven't even paid I called and said I was on my way to the store to pay her in person and she Just thanked me. Sofi and Guy! I came in like a crazy lady needing flowers for my OBGYN who helped bring my son into the world 12 days ago. I had no idea what I wanted but one thing for sure was love, gratitude and positive energy! I got that and soo much more! Their warm embrace, Sofi's beautiful design aesthetic and their amazing vibes truly moved me! I can't thank them enough! I noticed this new flower store and popped in to check them out since I needed a flower arrangement as a thank you for a friend who loves flowers. I was so impressed with Sofi as I told her my vision and budget and she was able to make a beautiful bouquet on the spot in 10 minutes. She was so friendly, and I hadn't realized but the store has been in business for years, this was a brand new location they recently moved to. My all time favorite flower shop .... Stopped in today for the first time after noticing beautiful items in the window . Looking for an evergreen wreath and found the perfect wreath with beautiful art deco decorations . The prices are so reasonable while the quality is high and so beautiful . Guy is awesome and goes the extra mile to make his customers happy . While in the store I was smitten by the deco style tree in the window that was hand made by Guy . It made me smile and giggle as it reminded me of the grinch movie I had just seen at the theatre and I did not have a tree yet in my home . I asked him by chance if it was for sale and he said yes , and at a great deal . So appreciative as he shared that it took him 2 1/2 hrs to create it with its ornaments and deco accoutrements . He delivered it himself. It's Happy & joyful . It makes me smile and reminds me of the true spirit of this season . Kindness.. This shop is gracious and kind . I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from this shop for my 96-year old grandmother who lives in LA (I live in San Francisco). She was so upset by the appearance of the flowers that she repeatedly refused delivery, but shop's delivery guy was very persistent and would not take no for an answer. My grandma is a Holocaust survivor so she is not easily shaken, but when she called me to describe the whole experience, she sounded so upset that I thought she was going to have a heart attack. I would give ZERO stars if possible. I went to a local San Diego florist, picked out a nice Christmas "tree" arrangement from the Teleflora catalogue. The florist even had one of the arrangements on their display counter...it looked really nice. So, I ordered it and paid about $125.This includes the extra charge to add 8 red roses to the existing red carnations. The arrangement was to be delivered to a friend in Beverly Hills. The San Diego florist got on the phone to find a local Los Angeles florist to fill the order (Sofi La Fleur...as I later found out). It was December 22nd and I wanted it delivered anytime before Christmas. I know it is crunch time and many florists are working overtime to complete orders. What was ordered in San Diego and what Sofi La Fleur delivered were very, very different. I am now working directly with Teleflora to resolve the matter. If a florist cannot deliver what is depicted in the Telaflora catalogue, they should not be a Teleflora member organization. What Sofi La Fleur did was not even close! Making matter worse, Sofi La Fluer sent my San Diego florist a written reply: "The tree was made exactly by the Teleflora recipe. The picture that the customer send (sic) is false!" So, rather than make good on a sloppy, haphazard arrangement, Sofi La Fleur opts to impugn the character and honesty of my recipient by implying the delivered arrangement photo she sent me had been somehow tampered with. Incredibly shoddy work and deceitful behavior...Never, ever use Sofi La Fleur. Avoid at all cost, lest you get the level of quality I got. UPDATE: DECIDED TO WRITE DIRECTLY TO TELEFLORA IN LOS ANGELES. JUST RECEIVED A COMPLETE REFUND FROM TELEFLORA. EVEN THEY AGREED THE ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT UP TO THEIR STANDARDS. read more

First, I was originally going to go with a different florist. However, when I called them, I was greeted by an AI automated system instead of a human being. Since I had specific questions, I decided to try reaching out via WhatsApp instead. I sent my message at 2:00 PM, but they never got back to me in a timely manner, in fact, they didn't reply until 10:00 PM that night! In today's fast-paced world, that is simply too long to wait for a response when you are trying to handle business. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I decided to pivot and contacted SOFI LA FLEUR. On my first couple of attempts, there was no answer, and I admittedly started to get disappointed. I thought to myself, "Oh my god, is anyone answering their phones anymore?" Deciding to try one last time, I sent them a text message, and that changed everything. Almost immediately after texting, they called me right back. The owner was incredibly nice, warm, and friendly. She took my order right away, gathered all the necessary information, and seamlessly processed my payment over the phone, immediately sending over a delivery confirmation. The attention to detail from that point on was flawless. The day before the event, they called to double-check and confirm both the delivery time and the location. On the day of the delivery, the flowers arrived right on time and in perfect condition. I must say, this is easily the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever received in my life. The arrangement was absolutely exquisite! Every single bloom was incredibly fresh, the wrapping was stunning, and the ribbon customized with their company name on it added the most elegant, high-end touch. In a time where genuine customer care is a key element missing from so many modern businesses, SOFI LA FLEUR stands out completely. I would highly recommend them based on their outstanding customer service alone, not to mention their spectacular artistry. I was in dire need of flowers, and Sofi was the closest thing in the area. Her customer service was absolutely unparalleled, she knew what I wanted and made it as a good price. Her store is beautiful, it felt nice just to be there. I took a look through the scented candles and the enormous flower Collection while she made my bouquet, and I was in heaven. She has a very large array of flowers, one of the most diverse that I've seen and all fresh and lovely. Overall, I was very impressed. There was a girl working there, I believe her name is Yifat if I'm not mistaken- she was also so sweet and cheerful! I enjoyed the whole experience so much. Located on La Cienega, 2mn away from the trendy Beverly Center, this attractive flower shop reminds me of Paris, my home town, flower shops. Beautiful displays, each arrangement is an Art work.The flowers pop out against the dark walls. I needed a condolences bouquet. Guy created a beautiful, tasteful, simple but sophisticated bouquet of deep purple, dark pink and pale rose flowers artistically arranged in a spiral pattern. This is exactly what I was looking for and my friend was delighted to receive it. Sofi la Fleur is a nice addition to the already diverse and vibrant West Hollywood scene. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My boyfriend send me flowers and when they arrived they looked nothing like what he had described. I've attached the picture of what he ordered and what I received. When I called there was no apology, only excuses. She said that what he ordered wasn't in season, he never received an email or call asking what he wanted to substitute and the flowers I got were in no way worth the same as the ones he ordered. I was told I would get a call from someone to settle it but no one called. This place scammed him big time. Most of the flowers are already dead and it's been 3 days. read more

I m Italian working in fashion. I always want the best flower for the people I love and for my house. I don't go visiting a person without flowers. In LA there is everything but it so difficult to find nice flowers. How can u go in someone house and bring flowers from supermarket????????
