We wanted to completely modernize it with a crisp black-and-white exterior, including painting the entire roof black and limewashing all of the stonework. It was a major transformation, and they executed it beautifully. I personally did a lot of research beforehand on the different paints, products, and finishes I wanted to use, and Manny was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. He and his crew understood the importance of proper preparation and application, including spraying and back-rolling where needed. They were also very accommodating with the high-quality paint products we selected and made sure everything was applied correctly. Before painting the roof, they even helped us use a drone to inspect the condition of the roof, which gave us additional peace of mind before moving forward. The entire crew was professional, friendly, thorough, and respectful of our property. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed everything professionally. When we noticed a few areas that needed touch-ups afterward, they came back promptly and took care of everything without hesitation. I could have gone with a lower estimate, but I wanted to make sure I got quality work, and I could see Rudy knows his business. Rudy stands behind his service and his team did great prep work, covering and taping everything carefully. They also helped by moving the furniture to the center of the room. As a senior I appreciated that. They were very neat, and even in the garage prep area everything was organized and clean. I moved out while they worked, but each time I came by they were hard at work, and finished close to schedule. They were super helpful to me in using Benjamin Moore EcoSpec paint which is recommended for sensitive people, and they were careful to vacuum up the dust from sanding. There was a lot of prep work to be done because water base paint had been used in the past, over oil based paint, and it had peeled. They did a fantastic job fixing that. They also did some texture work on one wall where the plaster didn't look good. The team were very helpful and cooperative in replacing smoke detectors I supplied, and adding the new doorknobs I purchased to the doors. I have vaulted ceilings, and there had been some leaks, which stained the ceiling. All gone now. They were patient and helpful with me trying to decide about which color to put where, and I'm happy with the result. They were also willing to come back, when I found a couple things that needed finishing. I was treated with courtesy and respect at all times.
