I went with my 4 year old niece. Cara (the owner) was very nice and patient. She helped us pick out our pottery and colors. She helped set up my niece with her palette and paintbrushes. We had fun painting and drying, then adding glitter. They spray your work with gloss when you are done and you get to take it home the same day if you don't require it to be food safe - otherwise, they keep it for a week or two and apply glaze finish on it. Overall, we had a great experience because the ladies were nice and attentive; the process was seamless and smooth; and it wasn't too expensive. They have a variety of ceramic sculptures (including Sesame Street & Disney characters for the kids), cups, plates, and canvas. PS. They let my niece play with paint and finger paint on the paper-covered table while we waited for our pottery to be ready. They were so nice!

As always Mrs,Kelly was an spectacular. Help for me and my girlfriend. This time we brought a large bottle of wine and had a nice time, but have to return to finish our project. With being open for only 4 hours just isn't enough time. I will be going with another friend on Saturday to pick another project as a gift... I won't finish todays project until I go back with my one girlfriend. I seem to like to pick ceramics that you can put a tea light candle in, so it gives it an extra effect. Here is a picture of what I was working on today, just realize not completed. And after it's fired and glazed, it comes out so much darker and shiny.

My husband and I went for my birthday and had THE BEST time! Dawn was so sweet and helpful…read morethroughout our experience. Every room is private so it was just the 2 of us and they let you connect your phone to their system so you can listen to your own playlist while painting. They give you ample and quality gear - poncho, coveralls, gloves and goggles. And then they send you into the room with plenty of paint, 1 canvas per person and whatever else you ordered (paint bombs, paint guns, spin art, stencils, etc). We also got the bear pour as an add-on and I'm super excited about it! (Note that the bear can't be taken home that day though so we paid for shipping). You can paint wherever and however to your hearts desire. Our room also had plastic axe throwing and a drum with paint on it to splatter. I LOVE taking pictures so I also very much appreciated that they come in constantly to take pictures and send them to you a few days later. When it was time to go, they give you pizza boxes that hold the canvases perfectly. We laid down a sheet in our trunk underneath but it wasn't necessary (and our canvases had A LOT of paint on them so we we were impressed they didn't spill - and made the 1.5 hr drive home without getting ruined). It was a fun way to celebrate my birthday and I would definitely go back with my 3 boys! Afterwards, we did their target zone with BB guns (they said age minimum is about 10 which makes sense). I wasn't sure if we'd do it but I wanted to extend our day to more than just the hour so we went ahead and did it. VERY WORTH IT! Ron helped us and was a great instructor - very nice and happy to be there. We tried their airsoft rifles and then their handguns and both were very different and fun to play with. My husband and I went head to head making it a fun competition and it's pretty easy to pick it up quickly. Overall, great experience and really friendly staff!

I made a vase. My wife made a bowl & lid. I accidentally broke a part of my vase off at the top while making it. But Cait gave me a great idea. Why not put roses at that spot? She showed me how to make them. I would have never thought that I could make something like this. 2 weeks later we went back to paint our pieces (a few doors down at a different studio). Even after a few coats, the paint looked dull. Then we went back at a later time to pick our pieces up. WOW!! You can see in the included photos. The firing brings the colors out so vibrant. Several employees appeared visibly uneasy and disengaged, suggesting a workplace culture lacking basic respect and support. In addition to the concerning management behavior, the pricing was excessively high relative to the quality of service provided. The combination of inflated prices, uncomfortable atmosphere, and questionable managerial conduct made this one of the most unpleasant child's experiences I have encountered.

He even walked around counting heads in a way that made everyone uncomfortable. What made matters worse was the complete lack of transparency about additional charges. We were **never** told--verbally or in writing--that there would be a $75 fee if the party did not clear out immediately at the end of the scheduled time. At the end of the evening, they claimed they made "two calls" for the end of the party, but I never heard them. Instead of explaining or offering any accommodation, the owner was rude, confrontational, and flat-out disrespectful. His exact attitude was: *"It's my place, I can do what I want."* That alone tells you everything about the customer service here. The issues didn't stop there. * The pizza, which we were told would be double-cut, was **not**, and it was served **cold**. * The attendants did **not** assist late-arriving guests; I had to repeatedly ask for help. * Overall service was unprofessional, inattentive, and dismissive. * The atmosphere they created made us feel like we were just another number, not valued customers who had paid for a special day. I left this venue upset, disappointed, and honestly shocked at how poorly we were treated. I would **not** recommend Slime Time 2 to anyone--especially not for a child's birthday party. The center Valley location in particular was a complete letdown in every way. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and an owner who seems to care more about exerting control than providing a positive experience. Save yourself the frustration. Do **not** book here.
