I scheduled them to be ready for 6:30pm, which is an option on the app. We arrived just before 6:30pm and found a seat right in front of the pick up window. It wasn't crazy when we walked in. There were two birthday parties but they were both being called to their tables for ice cream. As the rest of my group arrived we needed to find a bigger table and the restaurant was starting to get busier. Around 6:40pm the app said that my food order was ready. I didn't see it at the window yet, so we grabbed our stuff and settled into our new spot, then I went back to check. It was still not there. At 6:45pm, I asked the person behind the window he said he would check, then came back and told me it would be another 15 minutes to make our order. I questioned why another 15 minutes if the app says my order was completed. He was a kid and of course didn't have the answers so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager my situation. I didn't expect them to be ready RIGHT at 6:30, but to have to wait until 7pm, when I pre ordered and the app said it was ready was unacceptable. I had a table full of hungry people. She said she had no control of the app and couldn't explain why it said it was ready. She took no accountability and blamed being busy for the reason the order was not ready. The restaurant was practically empty when we walked it, but it was starting to gradually get busy. I don't know their system, but I don't think it would say the order was completed unless an associate would prompt it to be. I said I would wait for the pizzas, but if they weren't ready by 7, I would like a refund and I would be leaving. By 7, the order was not ready, if not even started at all. I was issued a refund for the 9 fountain drinks I purchased at the restaurant, but was told I had to call the corporate office to get a refund for the pizzas. I was annoyed at the time that there was not a more immediate solution. I tried to call the office as soon as we left, however they were closed until Monday. When I called corporate, they took care of the refund immediately. Overall, there was a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.

We were sandwiche in with other birthday parties. My family and I all got the flu because of close we were with complete strangers at the tables. So if you're sick and it was a Saturday night, the 13th, you have the flu! First and last time I ever book anything there! My son didn't even get to the ticket birthday grab. They expect us parents to let our toddlers (2yr) to go in alone in the slide attraction. Worst place ever!

Its 10 full members come from DC, Maryland (2) Massachusetts (2), New York (2), and Pennsylvania (3) with associate members from the same places plus Virginia (Richmond). The league is headquartered in the Lehigh Valley, PA. In the 2012 NCAA men's basketball tournament, Lehigh upset the South Region 2-seed, Duke, 75-70, in the Blue Devils' home state of North Carolina. NBA fans might recognize a name from that 2012 Mountain Hawks team: CJ McCollum. He led Lehigh with 30 points in what has become a historic game for the Patriot League. In football, the Patriot League presently consists of only seven teams, two of which are associate members: Fordham and Georgetown. Fordham was a full member of the league for a short time (1990-1995) and has since been a member of the bigger Atlantic 10 Conference. One of the Fordham Rams football team's most famous alumni is Kevin Strahle, better known on YouTube as the LA Beast. I'm a big fan and one of his current 2.65 million subscribers. This was awesome because my son enjoyed the bounce house for the entire weekend. It was about $275 to rent. Once they said we could keep it the weekend, I was sold. I am glad I splurged all the kids had an absolute blast! When I went to pick it up they helped to get it on our truck. They have a youtube video to show you how to unwrap and blow up the device which was super helpful. It definitely was heavy so expect to have about two people to lug it where you want it. The gentlemen also helped us take the equipment off the truck when we returned. We will definitely rent from here again! The equipment was also super clean and new.

It was so cute - a bunch of little painted barrels being pulled like a choo-choo train with the driver on a small tractor. Noah's also provided pony rides - which are always a hit, as well as a mule (or horse) powered merry go round, where the kids sit on flying swings. It was very hot that day, though, so i felt sorry for both the horses and for the men who tirelessly worked in the heat giving rides. Del Val set up a $.50 ticket system but monst rides were 6-12 tickets (3-6 bux a pop.). The pny rides were $5.00 and wer very short (once around the ring) considering the long, hot wait in line. The Nasbar was a better deal at $3.00 a ride and less waiting.

Any Excuse for a Party really flubbed the Verona Halloween event this year. There were 20 people…read morewaiting in line for the bounce house for 30 minutes and the staff shut it down and deflated it without warning, leaving dozens of screaming, crying kids in front of the ride with their shoes off and all ready to go. Josh, Scott, and their team had plenty of time to let people who were waiting know that the ride was shutting down, but the ride attendant just stood there on his phone the entire time. There was no warning before he locked up the ride and turned it off and a lot of kids who were waiting a half hour didn't get to go on the ride. Several parents pointed out the huge line of kids waiting but he just shrugged and walked away. We talked to the Verona police department, but they weren't able to do anything. We are planning to talk to Chris Tamburro and the rest of Verona Council next to make sure they're aware of the issue before they hire the company again. The staff were extremely rude, leading me to wonder if there's been a change in management at the company. I can't believe after building decades of good will in North Jersey that Tomianne would jeopardize all of that by hiring on staff that behaves like this. You can see how rude Josh is in the video. The staff on site would not listen to reason, wouldn't put a manager on the phone with me to resolve this and were just plain rude. All they had to do was turn the ride back on for a few minutes for a bunch of crying kids. It's crazy they wouldn't do that. I know a lot of local colleges and towns hire "Any Excuse...," but that won't keep happening once word gets out. There were a lot of really angry parents and sad children in line for the ride and this is now their impression of the company that they're going to take back to their organizations. Hopefully Tomianne will do the right thing and make some staffing changes to ensure this never happens again. I look forward to hearing how the company plans to address this issue.
