His demeanor immediately created an atmosphere that made both my daughter and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The overall environment reflected poor leadership. Several employees appeared visibly uneasy and disengaged, suggesting a workplace culture lacking basic respect and support. In addition to the concerning management behavior, the pricing was excessively high relative to the quality of service provided. The combination of inflated prices, uncomfortable atmosphere, and questionable managerial conduct made this one of the most unpleasant child's experiences I have encountered.

From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us with an extremely negative, rude attitude--as if our presence was an inconvenience rather than a paid reservation. He acted like he was doing us a favor by letting us use the space, and his dismissive behavior toward my guests set an awful tone for the entire event. He even walked around counting heads in a way that made everyone uncomfortable. What made matters worse was the complete lack of transparency about additional charges. We were **never** told--verbally or in writing--that there would be a $75 fee if the party did not clear out immediately at the end of the scheduled time. At the end of the evening, they claimed they made "two calls" for the end of the party, but I never heard them. Instead of explaining or offering any accommodation, the owner was rude, confrontational, and flat-out disrespectful. His exact attitude was: *"It's my place, I can do what I want."* That alone tells you everything about the customer service here. The issues didn't stop there. * The pizza, which we were told would be double-cut, was **not**, and it was served **cold**. * The attendants did **not** assist late-arriving guests; I had to repeatedly ask for help. * Overall service was unprofessional, inattentive, and dismissive. * The atmosphere they created made us feel like we were just another number, not valued customers who had paid for a special day. I left this venue upset, disappointed, and honestly shocked at how poorly we were treated. I would **not** recommend Slime Time 2 to anyone--especially not for a child's birthday party. The center Valley location in particular was a complete letdown in every way. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and an owner who seems to care more about exerting control than providing a positive experience. Save yourself the frustration. Do **not** book here.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

He loves fire trucks and police cars so when he saw he could sit in both AND wear coats for each, he was so excited. They've done a nice job of creating a space with things for all ages and energy levels. They also have kid-friendly restrooms, a mother's room for pumping or nursing, and a quiet area for kids who are over stimulated. It really feels like they've thought of everything. Pricing is reasonable and they have subscription packages available. They are also very allergy friendly if you need a safe space for a child with life-threatening allergies.

I scheduled them to be ready for 6:30pm, which is an option on the app. We arrived just before 6:30pm and found a seat right in front of the pick up window. It wasn't crazy when we walked in. There were two birthday parties but they were both being called to their tables for ice cream. As the rest of my group arrived we needed to find a bigger table and the restaurant was starting to get busier. Around 6:40pm the app said that my food order was ready. I didn't see it at the window yet, so we grabbed our stuff and settled into our new spot, then I went back to check. It was still not there. At 6:45pm, I asked the person behind the window he said he would check, then came back and told me it would be another 15 minutes to make our order. I questioned why another 15 minutes if the app says my order was completed. He was a kid and of course didn't have the answers so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager my situation. I didn't expect them to be ready RIGHT at 6:30, but to have to wait until 7pm, when I pre ordered and the app said it was ready was unacceptable. I had a table full of hungry people. She said she had no control of the app and couldn't explain why it said it was ready. She took no accountability and blamed being busy for the reason the order was not ready. The restaurant was practically empty when we walked it, but it was starting to gradually get busy. I don't know their system, but I don't think it would say the order was completed unless an associate would prompt it to be. I said I would wait for the pizzas, but if they weren't ready by 7, I would like a refund and I would be leaving. By 7, the order was not ready, if not even started at all. I was issued a refund for the 9 fountain drinks I purchased at the restaurant, but was told I had to call the corporate office to get a refund for the pizzas. I was annoyed at the time that there was not a more immediate solution. I tried to call the office as soon as we left, however they were closed until Monday. When I called corporate, they took care of the refund immediately. Overall, there was a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.

So if you're sick and it was a Saturday night, the 13th, you have the flu! First and last time I ever book anything there! My son didn't even get to the ticket birthday grab. They expect us parents to let our toddlers (2yr) to go in alone in the slide attraction. Worst place ever!

The space itself is clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up, gated play areas so little ones can't wander off, tons of floor space for the kids to play, and comfortable seating for parents. I actually got to sit down, enjoy some free coffee, and relax while watching my kids play, which as a mom, means everything. They have both indoor and outdoor play areas (just a heads up, the outdoor space closes from 11 AM-12 PM for the daycare group, but it's open right before and after), so there's something to do rain or shine. I believe they have a no-nut policy, which is helpful, and they do sell food that has other allergens, but eating is only allowed in the gated space with the tables, which is a relief in my mind that there's minimal risk of exposure in the common play area. There's another space that's opened up recently in the Plymouth Meeting Mall that I also like, that doesn't really allow food at all, which I appreciate as well, but the openness to food in that one area also lends itself to a longer stay. Having coffee available is also a big plus, as is the snacks that come with the entry fee (for those w/o food allergies, at least). I also appreciate that the entry fee is good for in and out privileges throughout the time it's open. The play space is vast and amenable to all sorts of play across ages, which is really nice. There's opportunity for physical play and pretend play, for toddlers and for bigger kids too. The little ones really enjoyed all of the things available, and there was even some low-key exposure to soccer with a pretty good size goal net. Absolutely a space I would return to with them! Only thing I wish was different was to have longer hours :)
