There are massage chairs for parents(you have to pay). There is a toddler area, ball pits, chalkboard, slides, toys to ride, small bikes and plenty of toys for the kids to play with and keep them busy. There a snacks to purchase and drinks. There are adult games to play at the front of the bldg. It's not fancy, but affordable $15 for one child and $14 each additional kid. The kids enjoyed themselves.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

He loves fire trucks and police cars so when he saw he could sit in both AND wear coats for each, he was so excited. When it came time for lunch and birthday activities, we had our own space away from the crowd. There was plenty of room for the kiddos to sit and enjoy their meal. The staff was great and there when we needed anything. My best friend brings her daughter here often so I hope we can bring my son back next time we visit the area.

There were two birthday parties but they were both being called to their tables for ice cream. As the rest of my group arrived we needed to find a bigger table and the restaurant was starting to get busier. Around 6:40pm the app said that my food order was ready. I didn't see it at the window yet, so we grabbed our stuff and settled into our new spot, then I went back to check. It was still not there. At 6:45pm, I asked the person behind the window he said he would check, then came back and told me it would be another 15 minutes to make our order. I questioned why another 15 minutes if the app says my order was completed. He was a kid and of course didn't have the answers so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager my situation. I didn't expect them to be ready RIGHT at 6:30, but to have to wait until 7pm, when I pre ordered and the app said it was ready was unacceptable. I had a table full of hungry people. She said she had no control of the app and couldn't explain why it said it was ready. She took no accountability and blamed being busy for the reason the order was not ready. The restaurant was practically empty when we walked it, but it was starting to gradually get busy. I don't know their system, but I don't think it would say the order was completed unless an associate would prompt it to be. I said I would wait for the pizzas, but if they weren't ready by 7, I would like a refund and I would be leaving. By 7, the order was not ready, if not even started at all. I was issued a refund for the 9 fountain drinks I purchased at the restaurant, but was told I had to call the corporate office to get a refund for the pizzas. I was annoyed at the time that there was not a more immediate solution. I tried to call the office as soon as we left, however they were closed until Monday. When I called corporate, they took care of the refund immediately. Overall, there was a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.

So if you're sick and it was a Saturday night, the 13th, you have the flu! First and last time I ever book anything there! My son didn't even get to the ticket birthday grab. They expect us parents to let our toddlers (2yr) to go in alone in the slide attraction. Worst place ever!
