Came in with my girlfriend for my birthday on Friday the 30th to do some pottery painting. We had a good time yesterday and we both had a great experience painting but neither finished, and the employee working at the time told us our pieces could either stay there or be taken home to revisit again soon. We choose to leave them there to come back this Saturday afternoon to finish them. When we came back around 6pm it was really busy so her and I waited until we were spoken to and then communicated to an employee we were told we could leave our pieces here- and were told they weren't supposed to do that and that they couldn't find the 2 pieces. We were both already sat and wanting to do the work so we were discussing if we wanted a refund or to start fresh on new pieces. We spent around 10 minutes talking about this and not once were approached, after around 5 minutes of waiting to be attended to the other worker in the store that was handling the party- asked what was going on and offered to look for the pottery again. She looked again and was able to find it- at this point it had already been 20 minutes, so she gave us the pieces and we were just sitting there. We proceeded to sit there and wait for her or the other worker to approach us about paint (since you cannot go get your own paint here by policy), and were not approached for another 15 minutes. At this point, even with how excited her and I both were to come back to paint.. with the experience of our pieces being lost- then found, and then being made to wait on top of that was kinda experience ruining and my girlfriend wanted to leave. Both workers were quite nice, especially the one handling the party just wish there was more workers scheduled for weekends that are so packed- felt kinda forgotten. read more

Miranda greeted me in a friendly and welcoming manner as soon as I entered the store. She explained the pricing and process. I enjoyed painting my coaster set and Miranda made certain I had all the paint I needed, topping off my colors when I ran low. It was a pleasant and enjoyable way to spend several hours. read more

I asked about pricing for a Girl Scout troop and she didn't have the info immediately on hand but she took my info & was quick to email me and also updated the website with details & pricing. Studio Fees: Adults $9 and Kids $7 Pottery pieces start at $16 Make sure to check the website for their current promo calendar: Military Monday: 50% off Studio Fees with ID Tuesday: 2 for 1 Studio Fees Thursday: Ladies Night 50% off Studio Fees & BYO wine bottle It was about $65 for my kiddos and two $20-$24 pottery pieces. I'd probably come back but on a promo day. My kids had decent sized pieces and we had to get our little paint trays refilled quite a few times. If it isn't too busy, it'd be nice if the staff came around and refilled paint trays instead of having to going back & forth. I get not being wasteful but each paint well is about the size of a quarter so it took at least 6 refills if not more. read more

Terrible customer service. I called in the morning to make a reservation for four people and I was told I could not make a reservation unless I had at least five people in my party. When we got there at 4:00, we were told that we had to get on the waiting list and would probably not be able to be sat because there were too many people there (which is why I wanted to make a reservation). The associate that I was speaking to could not have cared less that they lost our business forever, as we will be going to Doing Dishes from now on. read more

I wish I could give a zero or less rating. We came in with my six year old grandson to paint. The employee at 213pm on Monday, September 25 did not provide customer service of any kind. She seemed annoyed that we were even in the store. We thought this would be a fun thing to do as a family. When the employee seemed preoccupied, with tasks rather than us (the only 5 customers in the store), we told her we were leaving due to customer service. She didn't respond in any way. So we left. No ceramics for us. I do not recommend this store to anyone. read more

I visited a friend in Jacksonville and she took me to Color Me Mine. I was so overwhelmed by the number of choices! I ended up painting a mug (there were 5 different ones to choose from). The employees were so helpful. They gave me advice on how to paint it and offered me their many painting supplies. This included stencils, pencils, different sponges, straws, stamps and much more. I ended up with a beautiful design. I can't wait to pick it up in a week and drink my morning coffee out of my own personalized mug! I wish there was a Color Me Mine where I lived! I'm definitely coming back when I visit Jacksonville next. read more

Vaishali seems to be helpful; but, not really. My piece came out with a chip and had to do the whole project over again. Also, in February requested more products and she said she will order them. It is now May 6, 2018, gave her my phone number and email and never heard back from her. That's okay, am now going to Arts Ignited, have completed four projects, and Arts Ignited is ordering more products with no problem. I threw my niece a birthday party here and she loved it! The employees took such good care of the kids. The owner, Vaishali, was so helpful and nice. I called to ask if I could book a birthday party and she instructed me on how to do it on their website and the different type of party packages. My niece, Alana, was so happy and loved her party. Her friends and her had a great time. We'll definitely be coming here often, there are so many pieces I can't wait to paint! read more
