It takes a lot to bring your special needs child to a place that's not their "safe" spaces. With that being said it started off amazing! The staff member Milana brought out sensory toys to help our kiddo feel more comfortable with the initial encounter! Which our kiddo did! After that it was game on, our special needs kiddo had a blast! Tons of activities all spread out so nobody is really "in the way"! The staff member Milana also sprung into action when kiddos were having a hard time, she was constantly cleaning, helping parents, helping kiddos, and just overall being awesome! This is now a "safe" spot for our special needs daughter and we can't wait to get the passes! Thank you for this places acceptance of all children!

This place is a nice alternative to an outdoor park. Over all the equipment is well maintained…read morethough it can be a bit crowded. I tend to walk around with my kiddo when they are playing but I know there is a lot of drop in and play with less parent interaction. There are also a day camp and classes/events you can attend there which is nice. The only cons I can find is that there can be some kids who are not into sharing or taking turns. There are others who just have no regard for the fact that little kids are there too. Running or pushing them out from other play-sets. And some who do dangerous climbing on the equipment and get aggressive toward you when you ask them to stop, then follow you when you move to other play areas with your kiddo then monopolize that play area till you move again. But maybe that was just my experience.

There was a kid inside the bounce house being reckless and the staff quickly rectified the situation. The place was clean and felt safe. FunBox is located in the Avenues Mall parking lot. They have Porta potties in the area, but you can leave and go to the mall food court restrooms if you prefer. As long as you keep your wristband on, you can come and go as you please. Adults must accompany their kids (no dropping off your kid and leaving), seating is first come first serve, there's a snow cone stand ($6.00) and a free shoe store area. You can bring your own water and snacks in. Nonslip socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase some at FunBox. Music was good and it was a fun time. If your kid likes bounce houses, then they'll love this place. It's HUGE! My picture doesn't do it justice. SN: I read some of the proceeds of Funbox goes to foster care kids. The nicest playground I have seen in the area so far. There is a water fountain, clean bathrooms and the Clarke House Museum. There are volleyball courts , walking trails and a botanical garden. There are multiple pavilions you can rent for parties or sit under to have a picnic lunch. There is only one thing lacking at this beautiful park..parking. The parking lot is extremely small. If you don't get here early, you have to find somewhere down a side street and walk.

FYI, everyone who is going to jump is going to pay, including 1 year old. Avoid at all costs, going on Valentine's Day, it's going to be packed. When we were leaving at 5:30pm there had to have been a line of 80+ people waiting outside to get in. Once past the check in process, the place is cool. They have lots of activities and it was a good place for our toddlers and teenage to get some energy out. This park offers quite a few activities that others do not and that is why we go there. However, we will be more selective on the times we go if there's a next time.

You join the gym on a monthly basis, bunch of different plans based on how long you join for. Prices get better the longer you commit too! You get to go to 2 classes a week then they have open gym play times you can come to any of those. The classes are 1 hr long and you can drop you kids off! So I can run next door to Aldi and do my grocery shopping while she's in a teacher led class, it's great!! My baby really enjoys the classes too, they do yoga, some tumbling, balance beams, and other stuff, all the teachers seem comfortable with the kids and know most of the kids that come in! The gym is smallish but they reconfigure the room often to make it feel different! Everything is cleaned and sanitized daily and in good working order. All around I'm happy we decided to join!
