Very large trampoline park - it was crowded but there was still plenty of space for the kiddos to play. Very nice young man was helping with the rock climbing harnesses. Everyone in my moms group loves this trampoline park! I recently went on a Wednesday for 2 and half hours and spent $20 for my son to run around and have fun. They offer a military discount and you'll have to sign a waiver. There was a ton of stuff for the kids to do. They have an arcade in the side and a ton of attractions such as the foam pit, basketball trampoline, a balancing bean, a balancing bar and etc. the place is huge and loads of fun! I'll definitely be going back again. During the weekdays, the park isn't packed and very affordable. I went with a few moms during early release. Surge gets frequent business from me because they're the only trampoline place within 20 minutes from me. But... the simple fact stands that there's no way possible they fully sanitize and clean when they close. I hate how beat up the trampolines and foam shapes look and the best things to do here are rarely open. There's a lot of young people who work here, I've only seen what I would call an adult a couple of times but that was few and far in between. It brings this crazy amount of joy to my daughters day so I'll continue to come, but when I get my own home a huge trampoline is all I need in the backyard! read more

We had our end of the year 7th grade class party here and it was awesome! As soon as we arrived they checked us in and set us up. The person in charge was on top of everything and made sure our party ran smoothly. Customer service was top notch! The kids spent the entire time playing with huge smiles on their faces. We used this as a homeschool meet up with a friend. We walked in to them still cleaning the facilities which they apologized for but I thought was great because it means they keep the place clean. We went Wednesday as soon as they opened and we're the only ones there but quickly a lot of other homeschoolers came in as well. It was a super fun afternoon and the kids loved everything. I think it would be great if they could offer a discount day or something just for the homeschoolers during the day to get energy out we would go often and I could see it being a good homeschool meet up. read more

I gave 4 stars because my experience with the staff is hit or miss. The kids have a great time, and there is seating throughout for parents/guardians. There are also massage chairs you can sit in and pay to have a massage. If you sit and don't pay, they make an obnoxious beeping noise, but I think it's more ignorance on the part of other patrons than the company or chair itself. They have a snack bar you can purchase goodies from... Dippin Dots (which are hard to find), Icees, fountain drinks, candies, chips, and so forth. I love that this is located in an area that typically doesn't have a lot to offer. It probably helped that it was a Monday night, and there was only one other birthday party going on... it was the cleanest, most colorful, fun trampoline park we've been to in JAX and we've been to them all. They have attractions with harnesses with rock climbing and all kinds of other cool attractions. Super disappointed in our birthday party at surge today, April 27, 2024. We had a wonderful experience in 2022. The party was amazing. The welcome was awesome. Everything went so well. The decorations were beautiful. I told everybody how awesome it was today we get there 15 to 20 minutes early like the phone call told me to we met at the door by the manager who was rude and made us feel like crap for being there early and told us basically we need to leave and come back in 10 minutes, the guy called me to tell me to come early to arrive 15 minutes early to get the socks and get registered. When we ask for the socks we were told we had to wait until 1030. I went up there and said we were told to get here early, so stuff would be taken care of before the party started the host, but the management is terrible. . I'm extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this joint to anyone ever again so completely disappointed. I'm guessing it's ownership or management. I'm not sure but it's terrible. read more

First, every time I take my granddaughters there it is funky. Of course I know one can't play in sneakers, however, there is a mildewy smell I cannot unsmell. Also, the trapeze is always not working because someone can't retrieve it or the stick is broken. The only positive are the trampolines. My grands love them. Perhaps the building can be cleaned thoroughly and/or aired out. The food is overpriced too. But I would rather have a cleaner place to play than the food. read more

Fantastic concept but poorly executed. The place is not clean and looking worn out. The staff is all young people including "management". It's great that young people have jobs, but they do young people things. They seem to let friends and family in for free and give them free reign of the place to the point it affects the paying guest's experience. If you have an issue they simply don't care. Certain portions of the place are closed at any given time with no explanation. So if you are looking forward to doing something specifically It's hit or miss as to whether or not it will be available. We have been a few times and there are incidents every time we go. It is not in the best location and apparently not a great place to take your small children. Police are called and arresting people every time we have been. Older kids and even older teen-agers running over our kids and seems most are the friends and family of the workers there. What should be a good time ends up not being a good time or experience. To spend over $100 just to get the family in and have it ruined by this bad element that seems to hang around at this location is just not worth it. Too many other places to go. I wish I could give this 0 out of 5 stars. My sister-in-law had my nephews 5th birthday party the other day there. HORRIBLE service. She had paid for a birthday host and nobody was scheduled to help with the party. My family showed up and had to set the party up themselves. We asked for the manager and he refused to come out the office, He smelled like straight up marijuana when he finally came out the office 30 mins later. He had originally sent the Security guard over to speak with us (I don't know what he was gonna do about it). He basically told my mother and my SIL friend to shut up (I wish I was lying). He kept speaking over my SIL when she was telling him about the horrible service they've experienced so far (she's a soft spoken person already) and he said he would only give them 10% off the party, because that's all "corporate" can do, but still tried to overcharge them for the party. The AC was also not great, and our grandparents couldn't stay too long because of it. Even though the price is relatively cheaper than most places, I would avoid going back. read more

Some of the extra attractions seem to never be up and running. There is always something broken or missing on the ninja course. If you go during the week in the evening it's pretty empty. I had a great time at Surge. They have a family special for two adults and two children for $45 an hr. So you save $15. It's $15 an hr otherwise and $2.50 for the socks (required). They have a variety of stuff you can do. They have a variety of rock climbing walls and obstacle courses. There trampolines are brand new and you great height on them. I visit every trampoline warehouses in Jacksonville and they all charge the same price but you really get your money's worth here. Don't forget to fill out the waiver before you get in line to pay. This is the 3rd spot (that I know of) in Jacksonville that offers this type of entertainment/athletic venue. Replacing what used to be the shopping center off of Arlington Expressway, this place was so new that word hadn't spread and was almost empty. This gave us (2 families) more than enough time to try the rock climbing, Ninja course and the other trampoline themed games. With at least 3 different climbing "stations" which required harnesses, and a "hit the buzzer" trampoline game, this place offered a few more things the other venues did not have. There was a snack bar that offered chips and drinks (including ICEEs), and a large arcade area. There was even a roped up area specifically for toddlers. I was impressed with what this place had to offer, and saw enough tables and seats where they could easily host 4-5 Birthday parties at a time. I highly recommend to families with kids who want to be actively entertained. read more

Two trips to this place in the past 3 years and the police were called both times for teenagers that were either violent or threatening violence. One of which was the brother of an employee. The manager did nothing other than sick the sister of the dude on me. The employee related to the troublemaker then walked out with their family and approached my car with my two young children asking why were "calling names" to the point where the mother of the employee/troubled teen hit my car. With two young children I definitely wouldn't consider this place family friendly. The activities that are offered there are not enough to make up for the trouble and most of the games were trashed during our visit today. There are plenty of other cheaper trampoline parks in town with more activities than are offered here. read more

Had a wonderful time here this morning, my toddler absolutely adores it. I thought it was clean and well kept. There is a toddler area for small kids and that was nice. I recently visited this adventure park with my three granddaughters. I was extremely upset to find out that one of the more sought-after rides "The trapeze, was in-operable. I am no rocket scientist, but for the price of admission, it would seem that all rides would be operable. I guess with all the theme parks across America having maintenance issues, Surge is none the wiser. I guess the answer to this issue would be to have a maintenance person on site or on call, or have the staff trained to deal with such issues when and if they arise. I also think that since everything was not working, a portion of the admittance fee should be refunded, or some type of compensation should be offered. read more

I have been bringing my son here for quite some time now and have become increasingly disappointed with the environment, disrepair & lack of cleanliness. I can almost guarantee that their climbing apparatus have never been cleaned and yet, on my latest visit, there were 3 employees standing at the front playing on their phones. Maybe there's a management issue? With so few customers on the weekdays, I would think that they would want to get the most out of their employees in order to justify their pay?. There has been an "out of order" sign on one feature for weeks ( maybe a month?) A platform that was falling apart on our last visit has been removed and the chains holding it up are now just hanging there like little choking swings. For $14.99/ hour + $2.50 for socks, I just expect a little more effort. read more

When we complained, asked to speak with the General Manager, the employee had to go ask him to come several times. When the general manager finally arrived his excused was he could not get the party before us to leave. But he had no problem with asking us to leave. 6. This was pretty fun. Kids didn't want to leave. I was tired within 30 minutes of my hour. They kind of ran out of socks my husband's size. Which was fine, they said he could wear the socks he came in but I am sure we paid for socks that my husband couldn't even wear lol. They gave him the same size socks they gave me and I could barely fit them. But that didn't stop our fun. Socks were just $3.00. My 1 year old had the most fun doing his version of diving into the cube pit (he mostly ran and then fell in with the biggest cutest grin). He lost a sock in the rock climbing pit. My 3 year old had fun flipping, jumping, and swinging into the pit. My 8 year old had fun swinging and knocking the 3 year old into the pit with the gladiator bumper things. My husband was surprised he could do the rock climbing. I was really impressed. I even tried a piece of the obstacle course. Wore me out. We tried the vertical run thing, had a blast falling and sliding down on our faces lol. I beat a kid and my daughter in a short dodgeball game. I enjoyed doing cheerleading jumps on the trampolines... made me feel like I still got it. Video games were fun. Ladies rest room looked pretty clean but someone must have pooped or changed a poopy diaper before I went inside because it was funky. Anyway, it was a pleasant experience. We had fun. read more

The manager of the park in Jacksonville, FL. (Regency) Luis is amazing and I am so grateful to him. My son lost his phone in one of the very large foam pits, and as much as I tried (and trust me, I tried the next morning when they opened until I couldn't even pull myself out of the foam pit), but I could not find it. There was important pictures on the phone (that couldn't be replaced) and we were devastated. I gave Luis my name and number and explained the importance of finding the phone. Later that evening, after the park closed, Luis called me and had found the phone! He apparently took the time to go through the security footage throughout the day when he had time, and was able to pinpoint where the phone fell out of my son's pocket. Such a huge relief to us, and I really just want Luis to know how much we appreciate him. He didn't have to go that extra mile for us and most people wouldn't have.
