Please save your money and have your kids bday party somewhere else. They really do everything possible to nickel and dime you. Absolutely disappointed that I had my daughter bday here and feel used and abused.

just now NEW What an awesome experience! I purchased a ceramic Christmas Tree in December of 2021. I didn't get around to painting it until August of 2022. The painting experience was so much fun. I was a little nervous at first, but the to go kits come with instructions. My kit came with lots of paint (my choice of colors), tree, base, two paint brushes, the instructions, all in a sturdy box. I have finally dropped it off at their studio and it is in the process of getting fired or whatever they call that. Hemali is very very kind and has been helping me all month long. While I thought that the Christmas tree kit was expensive, I didn't realize that after they fire it up, they supply the light bulbs and the lights for the tree. They personally make sure each light fits in the hole. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I can't wait to see the end result! Also, I asked her if she had any stock of llamas (I love llamas) and she went out of her way to purchase llamas for the studio for the customers. I can not wait to get my hands on them! She said they were selling a lot of them and quickly.

I've been coming here for birthday parties and just for fun since I was a child; the first being my fifth birthday. That's 14 years of coming here, and I'm surely not going to stop anytime soon. The staff are always kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. When I was a child and my drawing skills were subpar, I came here and felt like a real artist, and never scorned. And now that my abilities are slightly above subpar, I still feel good here. The pieces are varied and the display changes often, and there is a seasonal rack that changes with holidays and as the months go by. The prices are very reasonable and the studio fees are too. I believe $9 for weekends and $6 for weekdays, but don't quote me on that. My boyfriend and I came here on a Sunday and his piece was particularly big, and the staff kindly offered to let us come back on any day without any extra studio charge to finish, so we are here again. They are treating us like close friends and for that we are grateful. You have total control and freedom over your piece, but they're always there for advice and help should you want it. We highly recommend this place. Take a look at what he painted!! Isn't he amazing??

Nicole teaches in a way that makes you feel grounded, focused, and connected to the craft. Her instruction is clear, kind, and inspiring. We left feeling like we truly understood the heart of pottery, not just the technique. The entire experience felt spiritual and mind-opening. This isn't just a class. It's a chance to rediscover your creativity and fall in love with pottery all over again. If you want a teacher who gives you confidence and a class that stays with you long after you leave, book with Nicole.

Nicole took the time to explain things like breathing, body positioning and timing, making the experience almost meditative. She took the time with each of us, individually, during certain parts, and together in other sections making it a truly interactive experience, but also a boding experience for my mom and I. I highly recommend Nicole and Black Sheep Pottery!

We were able to enjoy ourselves and take our time. They also sell snacks and drinks which is a nice touch. We would definitely come back again when we're feeling artsy.

I went with my 4 year old niece. Cara (the owner) was very nice and patient. She helped us pick out our pottery and colors. She helped set up my niece with her palette and paintbrushes. We had fun painting and drying, then adding glitter. They spray your work with gloss when you are done and you get to take it home the same day if you don't require it to be food safe - otherwise, they keep it for a week or two and apply glaze finish on it. Overall, we had a great experience because the ladies were nice and attentive; the process was seamless and smooth; and it wasn't too expensive. They have a variety of ceramic sculptures (including Sesame Street & Disney characters for the kids), cups, plates, and canvas. PS. They let my niece play with paint and finger paint on the paper-covered table while we waited for our pottery to be ready. They were so nice!
