My parents signed the contract and in less than 24 hours requested to cancel the service. They did not get their refund. $500.00 for no service? or for 5 hours and 40 pictures, you can pay $2500. Take the $500.00 loss and make sure to warn future customers. For $2600 you can get a photo crew, videographer, photo album, digital cd /release and more! Shop around and get referrals!
