I was browsing through facebook and they so happened to come across my feed and I thought to myself, you know what? It's time for my girls to have a photoshoot together for their upcoming birthdays. We had just came back from Disney and they were star struck with all the costumes and fairytale story lines that I thought this would be a perfect excuse. I received a text message letting me know that I won the giveaway and that I was to schedule a phone appointment to get my children's details. After the phone call I did some research and at that time there wasn't much reviews on Yelp about this studio but after reading a few reviews I just told myself, bring the husband and let's commit. They followed up with text messages prior to the appointment (which I certainly appreciate) and had great communication with the staff. The day of the photoshoot (weekend), we pulled up into a semi empty business center and was able to find our way to the suite. We walked in and my kids were stunned with the magical décor and water fountain that greeted us. There was another family before us in the lobby and the parents were watching their children's photoshoot from a tablet. Everyone, this place is legit! My daughter's room was set up with their fairytale outfits and they LOVED their dresses. Every single person on the staff was very kind to my girls and when my youngest ventured off to play with the props one of the employees sat down and played with her. So the pricing. It's expensive and I'm not going to lie, even with the giveaway if I wanted to purchase additional photos it was going to be a hefty price. However, the experience my daughter's had, the quality of the props and photos, on top of that... the enhancements were well worth it. Although I have received my very pricey "photo package", I was very pleased with the outcome/results. However, I had to initiate and be consistent with the communication and continually repeat and request a copy of acknowledgement / receipt for every single transaction: from booking the session, time of actual photoshoot session, the contract, the request to opt in/out of social media representation, etc. Throughout the whole process there was not one but a few people who you connect with. It's not the same person who is dedicated to your session. The location of the place was clean. All of the staff I interacted with were kid-friendly and welcoming. Had plenty of props and costume dress that was provided were decent (and looked clean). Always reassured me of all of my concerns and answered my inquiries to the best of their abilities. If you ask me would I recommend it to others, sure why not for that one in a lifetime experience. Would I do it again, probably not because the fairytale photo session theme my kids would have outgrown.

The whole shoot was constantly switching colors, lens and trying to crack lame, racist and sexist jokes. I somehow hoped I would have something to show for it all, considering he already got 1/2 of his non refundable fee long before the shoot. 2 weeks later no finished products, all stall tactics. The photos sent to me to choose from my clothes isn't straight, tummy showing, bra strap showing, red lipstick on my teeth! What photographer doesn't see and address those things??! I guess he ran out of tactics; here goes the last chain of msgs, threats and insults. I guess you'll be seeing me in court after all.....gasps.....how dare me not being scared. Regardless of the lies in response, time stamps do not lie. I haven't had a call with this man since the photo shoot, so ALL contact is via text; texts that is clearly visible, no thread missing. The bottom line is the only person I need to present FACTS to is the Judge I was threatened with and I'll have the text msgs to show as proof. The court will have access to all my call and text records. I'm here waiting to be sued as threatened because proof is what matters; not who can spin the best tale.

Their template for our "desired and must-get" photos list was very helpful for organizing, and our phone conversations with them were great for figuring out what we wanted and hammering out logistics. On the day of the wedding, we had morning activities and an evening reception. Jenny and George were on time and enthusiastic for everything. They were flexible as our schedule shifted slightly throughout the day, and they were very active in making sure we got all the photos from our list. Now that we have the final photos, we can also say that we are thrilled with the results. Great candids, great staged photos, and we really like the editing style.
