When I asked for help, one of the younger male employees responded with an attitude, and I felt dismissed. I also tried to wave down two older gentlemen for assistance, but they completely ignored me. I understand it was a holiday, and maybe they were short-staffed or having a long day--but it shouldn't take two employees to answer one woman's question, and I was polite in my approach. I'm not a local, so I don't know if this is just how service typically is in the area, but it left a bad impression. Hopefully this was just a one-off experience and not the standard here.

Requests over the speaker requested help at the board cutting section. 45 mins later, even talking to employees after I found them, still no one came to cut the board. I went to HD and was in and out in 20 mins. LOWES GOOD PRODUCTS BUT SERVICE SUCKS

Knowledgeable and sharp about products. The lady that called in the morning to let me know the load would be delivered was cordial and great on the phone... Your driver , delivery man had an attitude as soon as soon as l said hello. He gave me grief on not answering my phone-several times. I asked him what the # was, he was correct with the # and l said call me... The phone immediately rang. I received the shell and all was good, l believe this gentleman needs some instruction on customer relations and a common thank you would be a nice addition in completing the job as well... Quite a disappointment! We ordered the gutters December 16, paid for them on the 30th, the day we…read morewere told they'd be delivered. Waited eagerly for the delivery then received a call saying they'd since found the gutters were the wrong size - too long - and we could have them but only if we paid for the extra length! (which we did not need). So we had to wait til the right size came in. I asked because of their error if they would deliver now without charge - as a courtesy, but they said no. On January 4th they called to say the right size was in and they'd bring them the following day, at 11am or 'for sure' by the day's end, he 'promised.' So I moved plants to receive the gutters, had my workman ready to help move them in, the $45 charge in my pocket and they don't come. We called and they said did you not get our message? (They'd left no message.) Their truck was 'out of commission' and we could not receive the product until the following week. It's hard to see with service like this they are able to stay in business.

He purchased the land in 1903 for the house from Albert Gilchrist, also a local politician who went on to become the 29th governor of Florida. Freeman owned a hardware store that also sold caskets and citrus grove. From 1896 until 1904 he served in the city government including as mayor. From 1905 to 1913 he served as DeSoto County sheriff after which he moved to California. The house was built in a Carpenter Queen Anne style in 1903 on Marion Avenue. This is the only Victorian house in Punta Gorda. In 1985 the house was moved two blocks away to Hargreaves Street where it was restored by the Medical Center Foundation. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 7, 1987. In 2005 to city moved the house to it's current Retta Esplande after Hurricane Charley in 2004. The house is owned by the City of Punta Gorda and is used by the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and the Punta Gorda Historical Society. Currently the house is closed for major repairs and the Chamber of Commerce has moved to 2702 Tamiami Trail.

I am not in the trades. The invoice I received stated a 6,2 x 80 door. I thought the 6,2 was another name for a 32 x 80 door. My installer picked up the door and when he went to install it he reported it was a 30" door. I called Bradley and Luis answered. I told him of the mistake and asked for the owner. Luis stated the owner was gone but would call me back. Days later no response. I called and again Luis answered. He stated the owner had looked at the email and the subject was closed. Luis conveniently forgot our order conversation and whether he told the owner is up for debate. In any case I would neve do business with Bradley ever again. Luis is a very poor excuse for a an honest and competent sales person.

After waiting months we decided to call and meet the owner to find out where our windows were. We were told they were on order and there were delays. The windows finally came in May 2022, 5 windows short!! Between the contractor and Bradley no one would own up to the mistake, although Bradley claimed the order was written on a scrap piece of paper in pencil. Hardly professional! We visited the showroom and met with the owner, Bradley on 3 separate occasions to check on the order and were told to our faces that the missing windows were definitely ordered and would be delivered by December 2022. More lies! As it turns out the missing windows were never even ordered so another 7 months of waiting for nothing, just lied to our faces continuously for what reason? Who knows? He has put us through so much stress, Stay well away from this company. They will never answer phone calls, messages or e-mails you have to physically go to the showroom and then be lied to. We have wasted so much time with these people, there are much better companies out there to have your business!
